I woke up one Saturday morning remembering the events from the night before. Did I basically tell her she was my girlfriend now? That was our second date. Am I moving this way too fast? I need to apologize. Do I go to her house or the diner? I need help with this one and out of all the guys I go to George for this kind of advice.

"George, can you come here?" I asked from my room.

"What is it lad?" He stood in the doorway.

"I need your help." I didn't say that often. He came and sat next to me. "Oh, how'd last night go with Katie?"

"I like her. We're going to lunch tomorrow." He smiled. "Now, what did you need help with?"

"I said Makayla was my girlfriend last night and didn't confront her about it. When I went off on Rose I said it. It just came out. I need to talk to her but I don't know if I should go to her house or if I should go to the diner to talk to her."

"Well, you do need to talk to her about it but I would try going to her house. The diner is a public place and, being a Beatle, you'd draw attention to the conversation." He advised.

"Thank you. I'm going to head over there. She goes to work at four." I smiled.

"Alright. But change." He chuckled. I forgot I practically stripped before bed and I was in my boxer shorts.

"Get out." I laughed.

I got dressed. I put on a white button up shirt, a black tie, and a black vest. "I'll be back in a couple hours." I walked out the door and towards her house. I arrived fifteen minutes later.

I knocked on the door and waited but she didn't answer. I knocked again a little harder. Maybe she had to go to work early. I walked to the diner and went straight to the hostess.

"Oh, hello Mr. McCartney." She smiled.

"Hi, can you tell me if Makayla is working today?" I asked.

"No sorry, she's visiting her father. She'll be back around twelve tomorrow." She smiled apologetically. "Would you like me to tell her you came by when she gets back?"

"No thanks. What time is she coming into work tomorrow?"

"She's actually off until Tuesday." She seemed to find that good. Which it was. "Aren't you two going on a date Monday?"

I laughed because that means she talks about me, "Yes ma'am." I answered.

"She talks about you an awful lot. You must have her wrapped around your finger."

I laughed again, "Actually it's the other way around." I leaned in close to her, "I'm hooked." I whispered while smiling.

"Awe." She sighed. "Would you like a seat? Sorry I forgot about my job." She laughed.

"Actually I need to get back to the hotel. Thank you for your time though." I smiled.

I walked out the door and decided I would walk to a music store. I found a small store on a street corner. I walked in hiding my face.

"Can I help you with anything?" The clerk asked.

"Um. Are there any records you would suggest?"

"Fun In Acapulco by Elvis Presley is good." He said. "He's no as big as the Beatles but he's my personal favorite."

"Are there any other records you suggest?" I asked after reaching for the Elvis record.

"Please Please Me by The Beatles and Surfer Girl by The Beach Boys are good ones." I grabbed those and walked to the counter. At this point I didn't care if he recognized me because Elvis he was a bigger Elvis fan.
