School?

I felt my body being shook. I opened my eyes slowly as I saw blurry.

"Mhh?" I said still not seeing clearly.

"It's school,wake up" The voice matched well with Mikel's.

"Okay, how much time do I have?" I asked still grousey.

"Hour and thirty minutes" He then pulled away the blankets. "and you'll miss a ride...wanna walk on your first day?"

I got up,walked to the bathroom "If you have a bicycle" then locked the bathroom.

I went downstairs as I had my hair in ponytail. There sat the 'happy family'.

"Oh hey Micah" Sammy said.  "There will be a family dinner this Saturday just for you!" She then clapped her hands,obviously not happy.

"Is there a need for that?" I asked sitting down.

"Sammy blurted this whole thing out wrong. The family wants to meet you and welcome you". Layla explained.

"Oh the family that ditched my mother or the family that will pretend to -".

" Not again Micah. Not now" Mikel said.

"I know my way to school,I'll walk" I said getting up.

"You didn't even eat and it's a distance from here to there" Layla said.

I turned to them as I took my bag with few books on my shoulder. "It's okay Layla, I'll manage." I then walked out. Before I even got to the gate a hoot of a car said.

"Hop in Micah"

"Mikel I'll walk. I don't want to say things that might make you angry in the morning."

"Then we will be silent. Come".

I walked past the car to the back. I didnt want to sit next to him cause I might boil up.

The ride was chilled Mikel was talking to his work friends. He isn't bad,he is handsome when he laughed with his blue eyes lighting with happiness, teeth so white like in the adverts. He is tall,well not that tall around 7'6. Black brown hair like mine,well it's kind'f off the style. Sideburns and very curled mustache. He is handsome.

" Dreaming already while the lesson haven't started yet?"

"No,just adoring the nature"

"Thank you"

"For?"

"Adoring me as the nature" he said with a smile,surely it melted girls when he was young.

"Not you,outside" I said looking outside.

"Well that means I'm outside right,cause you've been looking at me as I was talking to Jack."

"That's not true" I felt ashamed.

"Then what did I say before you heard me?" He said pulling up the school.

I lifted my shoulders "Not sure,you didn't say anything".

"Layla made you lunch. You eat and I'll pick you up after school." He then winks.

"Thanks Mikel" I said as I got out.

As I enter the school yards. All eyes were on me,well I saw Sammy standing by the door. I now notice that her blazer have so many badges and even her blazer is not the same as mine...clever girl huh. I noticed her friends that she was laughing with all blondes. Well a guy wrapped around his arms around her waist as he kissed her cheek.

"Oh I'm sorry!" Said a deep voice as I felt my head aching.

"Okay" I said rubbing it.

"You must be Micah Berry?" He asked.
