I wake up. I hear voices.
"Mikel?" I say in my raspy voice.
"No it's doctor Brave. Your family is with the baby in the other room." He then light some torch on my eyes.
"Everything is okay. Just get her some water. After an hour you can get her food and medication." He then walk out.
I drank my water and laid my head down on the pillow again. The door open. Sammy,Layla,Aunt and Mikel.
"You look beautiful." Sammy say.
They all hug me.
"Three full weeks without you moving were more like,I don't know." Layla say wiping her tears.
"It's okay. I'm back now. I even got a chance to talk to...to find myself." I say.
"We missed you. I even missed your attitude." Aunt say.
I smile.
"You're more than just people I know. I've even got to love you as my family. As my Aunt,Sister, Mom..." I then look at Mikel.
"As Mikel." They all laugh after Mikel's comment.
"As dad." I say.
We sit and chat. Listening to Sammy tell us about the day. Angelica was crowned the Queen and Leroy the King. Well the school also asked about my where about. We chat until the visiting hours were over.
