CHAPTER 21

Period pains are messing up with me on a Friday morning, Layla even suggested that I stay home,she will tell the principal. She even left me money to buy myself painkillers and pads. I walk to the bathroom,slowly not rushing then I take a shower sitting down not taking any chances of standing. How will I drive. I lay on the couch then call Emily, her phone goes to voicemail, then tried Angelica hers too,guess they are at school. Then I quickly received a message from Emily.

'Still at school babes what do you want?'

'Can you please buy me pads and painkillers, I'm really suffering from period pain'.             Sent.

She doesn't answer, hours pass by then I hear a car parking. I tried to move then a knock. I move slowly to the door. It's Ryla with Letoy. Embarrassing.

"We bought you these." Letoy give me a plastic.

"Thank you. Sorry that I bothered you."

"No problem. You need anything, just sit." Letoy say. As much as it is embarrassing, but I need their help. I crawl to the couch.

"Did you eat?"

"No. I can't stand for long."

"Period pains. Emily usually cry,and I have to be there for her." Letoy start moving around the kitchen obviously cooking cause I could smell toast and brewed coffee. Ryla was looking at me with some emotion on his face that hid his real one. Letoy make me eat then he give me the pills. I then lay on the couch and we watched a movie.

Guess I slept cause I woke up I was with Ryla,I then scan the room no Letoy.

"He went to fetch Emily. Feeling better?" He explained,obviously he saw the confusion on my face.

"Not really,just that my pelvis feels heavy." I then move my legs to the ground so I could get up. I walk with the fleece.

"Micah." Ryla call me slyly.

"Yes." I turn to look at him. He simply points at the couch that had a red stain. Blood. I just stuck,not knowing what to do. I started feeling really embarrassed.

"Let's get you bathed." He got me bridal. Never thought Ryla would touch me when I'm like this but he obviously saw I was weak. He got me into a shower then opened water while I was like that and left. I washed myself including the dirty clothes. I then couldn't walkout. He opened the door and gave me a towel then held me out of the shower. He got me the pads and even got me another knickers and waited outside the door. When I was done he got in to help me out of there,bridal style. I got in my sweater and gown.

"I think you should ask someone to clean your...your mess downstairs." I just nod as I lay on my back. My period pains never got this bad,these are the killer period pains. Maybe due to my unhealthy diet. I lay on my back then he covers me up.

"Micah!" Emily shouts walking in. She then pull me into a hug. I cried. Didn't know I needed that to heal me. "I saw the blood then I thought of how you and Ryla don't like each other." She hug me once again.

"I would kill her by myself." Ryla comments. "Then you will surely clean up her mess." Then he left the room with Letoy.

"I'll be back. I'm going to clean your blood then we can talk and I'll make you food." Emily then left the room. After what felt like hours,Sammy got in.

"I heard you were suffering from period pains. Past months you didn't have them right?"

"They were manageable. These are more painful. They feel abnormal."
