Bettys POV:
I had already forgotten about the pregnancy scare and it was about a week later but I was in bed because I was so tired even though I had slept for 10 hours. Cheryl came through my door with a swimsuit on and another in her hand. "You are doing something today, you've stayed in bed for a week." I really didn't feel like moving today but I knew I had to do something productive and honestly I have no idea what I would do without Cheryl pulling me out of my boundaries to do something all of the time. "Yeah sure." I crawl out of bed with my blanket still wrapped around me. As soon as I stood up I felt really bloated and I had a killer cramp but I shook it off and took two ibuprofens. I put on my new swimsuit and walked out to the pool where Cheryl was already floating  in. "The hermit awakes." I rolled my eyes and walked into the pool. It was cold but I didn't care, I summered my entire body into the freezing water. I then jumped onto a float and started to burn because I don't tan, I just burn. "C how excited are you about being a senior?" She looked at me with a huge smile. "Probably too exited, I want to get out of this hell of a town." I started playing with my fingers before she continued. "How about you?" I thought about it and I was torn on if I was excited or not, I just started talking with no filter. "Honestly no, I have to apply for college, the amount of work will be insane and I'll have to leave you and my family." She put her hand up to her heart and with her free hand she wiped a tear. "Oh shut up!" She said before changing the subject. "What has been your favorite memory since you moved here?" I thought back to it and the only thing that came to mind was my and Jugheads first time. "You wouldn't want to know." She looked at me and rolled her eyes. "Just tell me." I awkwardly laughed before I reluctantly told her. "When me And Jughead...you know." Her mouth dropped to the ground. "Okay I didn't want to know that." We stayed in the pool for the rest of the day just being teenagers, we splashed each other had stupid contests and did pretty much anything you could think of doing in a pool, it was the most fun I had since Jughead broke up with me.

A/N so I'm really sorry about the super short chapters it's just in leading up to something big and You people will get a much longer chapter after Jugheads POV. Thanks for bearing with me!
