twenty-nine

I look around the cafeteria, trying to find our group. I look over and see Brady, i roll my eyes and look at him more.

I soon spot Ethan with everyone else, i smile at his cute laugh and start to walk towards them.

I get cut off by a muscular, large arm in front of me, pushing on my chest, my eyebrows scrunched up as i looked up to see who it was.

Jayden.

"Hey baby girl." He winks.

I'm sorry but Ethan can only call me baby girl.

"Yeah sorry, bye." I scoff and try to climb under his arm.
He stops me from doing so and his facial expressions become aggressive.

I get kind of scared as i back up against the wall.

"So you are a hoe. You used me for my huge dic-" He starts.
"What the fuck are you talking about?" I shout in his face.

I see many faces turn towards our direction in the corner of my eye.

"You used me for the pleasure." He scoffed.
I laughed at his stupidity.
"Fuck no!" I shout.
"And that was the biggest mistake i've ever made in the whole 16 years of my life! So just leave me alone." I give him a fake and sarcastic smile as i push his arm away.

He slaps my ass really hard and i turn around and slap his cheek with the back of my hand.
"She said leave her alone man." Ethan steps in front of me, he towers over Jayden as he's slightly taller.

"or what? I obviously made her feel better than you make her feel because you should of heard her scre-" Jayden starts but Ethan swings at his jaw, once again knocking him down to the floor.

I've never seen Ethan so angry.
Ethan continuously punches him in the stomach, i see Jayden cough, probably choking on the blood Ethan's bringing up to his throat.

"Ethan stop! Your gonna fucking kill him!" I shout and try to pull Ethan off of him.

"GOD! ETHAN!" Grayson shouts and runs through the crowd, he obviously just found out what's happening.

Grayson pulls Ethan off of him.
Ethan immediately looks at me, tears in his eyes. I see his lip tremble as i run into his arms.

He puts his head in the crook of my neck as i stroke the back of his head. His arms wrap around my waist tightly.

"Why did you do it?" He whispered in my ear.
"I was drunk Ethan. I wasn't thinking straight." I whispered back in his ear, kissing his head gently.

Everyone helped Jayden, i look at him, his face is messed up, his nose looks wonky and blood is spilling from his mouth.

He holds his stomach as he walks away, out of school, and to the ambulance that's already out side.

I sighed shakily as i still held onto Ethan.

"You fucked him up E." I said which made him giggle.
"Apparently he fucked you up too?" he said and shrugged.
"First of all, he didn't" i roll my eyes.
"and secondly, not like you can." I say in his ear.

He laughs and holds onto my waist.
