Kiss Me

Chapter Fifteen

I wake up to something tickling my nose and when I try to flick it away it comes back. Getting frustrated I open my eyes and see strands of yellow hair. Confused I look down I see Will in only boxers, I freeze.

Who's bed did I get in last night? Oh my gosh I slept with him! (In the literal sense) I'm such an idiot what will he do when he wakes up? Push me off the bed? All these questions swirl through my head thinking whatever we had is going to be gone.

A few minutes later I feel him shift next to me getting closer and snuggling his head into my chest. I start to relax deciding to enjoy the moment while it lasts.

Minutes pass and I'm still awake looking down at Will memorizing his features. Getting confident using my left hand (since he's on my left side) I gently touch his hair and feel the softness and he smells like berries. Will shifts but more so to lean into the touch, I smile continuing.

"Mmm." I hear him say. "If I knew I would be getting a head massage if we slept together I would have done it sooner."

Looking down his eyes are still closed but he has a smirk on, "We did not sleep together. We just fell asleep on the same bed."

I'm still doing his massage when I stop feeling his fingers go under my sweater touching my bare skin. "Tragic. I would have preferred the first choice of words."

His fingers slide up my stomach and chest making goosebumps go all over my arms. "We can change that if you want." he says looking up at me innocently.

"Umm..." I say not able to form a complete sentence.

His hand is still traveling all around my chest when he sits up on his elbow purring into my ear, "So what do you say?"

I can feel an area start getting hard and when I look at him he smiles knowingly.

His hands start to travel lower reaching my sweats but I panic and grab his hand, "No I-I ca-can't." I stutter.

Immediately taking his hand away he nods saying, "It's OK. I was just teasing you anyway."

I gape at him while he gets up and goes to the bathroom leaving me with my...problem.

Groaning I shadow travel to an underground cave which I've claimed having all the necessities  I to survive. Small kitchen, bathroom, bed, clothes, and other supplies. Going to the bathroom I take care of my problem. (Sorry not doing any kind of smut)

When I'm done I change and brush my teeth and shadow travel back into the cabin see Will on his bed reading a book.

Looking over he says, "Where did you go?"

"Secret place. Had to take care of some stuff." I say stepping next to the bed and crouching down where his face is.

"I could have done that for you." He smirks then continues, "But we don't want to rush anything."

Getting closer he's about to (I'm assuming) kiss me when the door opens revealing a smiling Hazel and a grumpy looking Frank. I immediately back up clearing my throat while Will reads his book a smile on his face.

"Hand it over handsome." Hazel says with an outstretched hand and a smug look.

Frank fishes out 10 dollars from his wallet handing it over to her. "What did you guys bet on?" I ask.

"See if you guys would get together or not. I said yes and I obviously won." She says sitting on my bed and Frank next to her.

"Nico you're so oblivious. I would have bet yes on us too." Will says sitting up putting book in his bag.

I just shake my head knowing arguing is pointless, "So what do you want?" I say leaning my head back on the wall.

"Hey! Can I not see my half brother?" Hazel says dramatically.

"Sorry I didn't mean it like that but usually you come by for a reason." I say looking at her and then Will who is smiling.

"We just wanted to know when you guys are gonna go back to CHB?" Frank says playing with Hazels hair.

"I was thinking tomorrow so you," I say pointing at Will. "...can have one more day of rest. Also I was thinking maybe we can go to the Rome here." I scratch the back of my neck realizing it sounded like I asked Will on a date.

Will perks up saying, "Is that a date I hear?"

I look at Hazel & Frank then at Will and I mutter, "If you want it to be." I try to hide the blush by looking down because Nico Di Angelo does not blush.

"Then yes. It's date." He says getting up with a big smile on his face.

"We should make it a double date!" Hazel suggests getting up with Will.

"Me and Hazel can show you the best spots since we've been here longer." Frank says.

He looks at Hazel with a soft smile and at that moment I can see how much he loves her. He better not doing stupid and mess that up.

"Nico." Hazel says waving her hand in front of my face. "What do you think? A double date?"

The smiles on her and Will's faces makes me say yes leading them to jump excited. The next 10 minutes consist of getting small bags to pack some money and medicine (nectar and ambrosía) for Will.
Hazel said to meet her and Frank at the front of the city while they got their stuff from their cabins.

I was about to step out of the cabin when Will grabbed my arm. I looked back to see the nervous yet determined face of Will looking at me intently.

"What?" I said after a few seconds of silence.

"Nico." He breathed then continue, "Can we hold hands? In public? I don't know if you're comfortable with that but if you don't want to that's fine too."

I turned away. I wanted to. So bad. To show he's mi- with me and so no one will make fun of him. But what should I care after today we're gonna leave and I probably won't see these people after today. But if I do comeback they will make it their mission to make our lives hell. But then after that stunt I pulled I doubt they'll think of messing with him especially if I'm with him.

"I can't." I finally say still not looking at him.

He nods, "I understand. I wasn't comfortable for a while either with my first boyfriend."

I nod and leave the cabin waiting for him outside wondering if I made the right decision. He smiles at me as if nothing happened with a little black backpack on his back already walking giving me a great view of his-

"Are you coming? Or are you gonna stare at my ass?" A devious smirk on his face as I catch up to him.

"Not a bad view though." I whisper to him fighting the urge to smile as he blushes.

After a few minutes of walking we see Hazel and Frank waiting at a little cafe at the entrance of the city.

"Took you guys long enough." Hazel says.

"Sorry got held up." I say shrugging and putting my hands in my pockets.

"Uh huh." She says with a smile wiggling her eyes at Will, he mouths something to her and she nods.

"I don't know what's happening but we need to go. We're burning daylight." Frank says grabbing Hazel's hand starting to walk away.

I turn to look at Will and he smiles starting to walk too. I shake my head. 'This is going to be a long day.'
