Joey and I walk over to the locker rooms and change into our swimtrunks. We came up with an obstacle course/race thing where we have to race around a path we created and see who can get to the finish line first. It's fun.

We walk over to the starting line and count down.

3, 2, 1... GO!!! From the starting line, we hop over the trampolines, then sprint over to the rock walls, without the harnesses, climb over a foam pit, and drop on the other side. Then we race over to the flip mechanism, and front flip into the pool. We swim as fast as we can, run through the big air dryer, then cross the finish line and flip into another foam pit. We lie in there panting and gasping for air for a couple minutes.

After hopping around on the trampolines for a little bit, we decide to head over to the mall, to see who's there. Joey and I grab our clothes, put them in the little "backsacks",as we call them, then get on our bikes and start pedaling at a leisurely pace, finishing drying off.

Once we reach the mall, we see my sister, Brooke; Joey's sister, Josie; and their 2 friends, Nicole and Hannah. We're all going into 11th grade. The girls are all a year younger than us but are still in the same grade because apparently "girls are more mature" and "can handle being a grade above the boys their age." Whatever. I mean, I'm not really complaining, because Nicole is extremely cute. She has brown hair with natural blonde streaks, sparkling green eyes, tan skin and an amazing frame. So I'm not complaining that she's in my grade at all.

"Hey girls," I say.

"Hi," the girls reply.

"What's goin on, yo," Joey says.

"Not much, just helping Hannah get look for a new swimsuit," replies Josie.

"Oh did you get anything?" Joey asks, not really caring that much, but Hannah's his girlfriend.

"Yep. Wanna see it?" Hannah asks.

"Sure," Joey replies, putting an arm around her and giving her a small kiss on the cheek. She pulls out a bikini with black, white, and purple polka dots.

"Wow I like it, it looks nice. But isn't it a little... covering?" Joey says teasingly.

"Joey!" Hannah says, slapping his arm. We all laugh.

"Hey Joey, all of us are sleeping over at our house tonight, is Lucas coming or are you going to Lucas's?" Josie asks.

"I think I'm coming over there. Right Joey?" I say.

"Yep." He replies. "Oh and I think Caleb and Alex are coming too." Caleb and Alex are our good friends. They're on the football team with us. They're pretty cool.

"We'll see you guys in an hour then," Nicole says, smiling at me.

"Looking forward to it," I reply, returning the smile. Then Joey and I get on our bikes and head to Joey's. Joey's house is huge. It has 7 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, a huge pool, a huge basement with a bunch of cool stuff, and the kids basically have their own wing of the house. There is an intercom system throughout the whole house, so their parents never need to come up to their wing or the basement. It's really cool. Like, REALLY. Joey's mom is a doctor, and Joey's dad is a dentist. They both make a lot of money, but they're really nice people.

Joey also has a lot of siblings. There's Jaxson, who's 25; Joseph, who's 21; Justine, who's 19; Joey, who's 17; Josie, 16; Jade, 11; and the twins, Jocelyn and Jacob, who are 6. Yep. Eight kids. And they're still rich. Jaxson has a serious girlfriend and is probably gonna get married soon. But for now he lives in the house and also helps contribute money from his job as an NFL wide receiver for the Seattle Seahawks. I know right! He's really good but he doesn't get to play too often. It's not like he stars in all the commercials like "Jaxson Hemmer uses this product, so you should too." What I'm trying to say is, he makes good money but isn't super famous.
