You stare at him for a little while as he cross his arms over his bulky chest, then you point at him serious with a sniffle.

"One last chapter! Nothing else!" You say strictly with a shaky voice, he nods with a growing grin.

"Of course. I promise. This is the last chapter of this story..." He smiles at you and you frown a little at his grin, then the surroundings fade away again into complete blackness. You look around as the surroundings starts fading into a neighborhood, you frown a little as you hear some echoing sobs and look up to the sky at the snow falling to the ground slowly. Making the whole street you were both currently standing on, white.

You look around and walk towards the house that was in focus, all the other houses in the street were just blurry cause they weren't important to the story... Your steps made no footsteps in the snow on the ground as all you were was a simple reflection of the real person outside of this book, outside of this story that Slim Shady had written and that you have read.

You look closer at the house as you approached it, it wasn't very big. Just a simple one-floor house. Maybe a small attic in the roof... The roof had black roofing and the walls were painted white panel, the yard outside unfenced, a small lawn at the front with an old Lincoln car parked in the driveway. You walk around to the window you heard the sobs from and look inside, and get big eyes, before a frown grows on your face.

But... That's Eminem?

At 24 years old, Marshall Mathers sits in the couch of his living room next to the Christmas tree with a fake smile on his face while watching his 2 year old daughter, Hailie Jade Mathers, open the presents from him. His girlfriend and the love of his life as well as the mother of his daughter sitting next to her on the floor, helping her open the gifts.

On the gifts from him, it said:

To Hailie Jade

From dada

That he had wrote himself, which was the only thing he had contributed with when it came to the gifts. To cheat and say that he was the one buying those for her. Last night he was fired from his job, only getting enough money from his hard working shifts and spending them all on the rent, gas for the car and food. The necessities, though he felt that wasn't good enough. It wasn't. He couldn't afford to buy his own daughter a gift.

In reality he was miserable in the couch that night, internally sobbing as his conscience felt dirty and he felt horrible by the fact he wasn't able to buy his daughter anything for her birthday nor Christmas.

"Dada!!" Hailie cheers as she waves her little hands in the air with some torn wrapping-paper in her hands. Kim smiles with a nod as Marshall chuckles a little quietly.

As time passes and all the gifts under the tree were unwrapped, Marshall gets up silently and walks through the rooms of the house before ending up in the bathroom.
