( a screwed up piece of paper found on a park bench by a dog walker an hour later)
1:
Never, under any circumstances, think about the reason that you are pissed off (specifically if the reason is a nineteen-year-old prick who set his dorm room on fire because God knows why) because it will only cause you to build up the anger and resentment continuously, getting to the point where you want nothing more than to stab the subject of your anger in the throat. Multiple times. So, avoid thoughts of the cause of hatred, even if Noah really does deserve to be impaled by a sharp object.
2:
Punch something because, as much as you would like to knock your older brother out cold, your mother would probably ground you for a month which, would be fine, if you didn't have a social life and a girlfriend who enjoys looking at your face. So, punch something else and pretend that it is the source of anger (Noah) because it is always a good thing to let out hatred, otherwise you end up hating yourself. A wall is always a good candidate but, be warned that this will hurt (I speak from experience) and that you will most likely have bleeding knuckles afterwards.
3:
Sit down and think about why you are pissed off (I don't care if I'm contradicting myself) because there may have been a slight, slight, itty bitty chance that you may have overreacted. But, if the subject of your anger is Noah, then I'm going to hazard a guess and say that you have the right to be angry. That guy is an asshole.
4:
Sit down some more and think about how you can resolve the situation. However, if you find your thoughts straying to murder and violence towards the source of anger then I would suggest leaving this step till a bit later, when you're calmer and not having extremely violent thoughts. Although, if those violent thoughts are directed at Noah Davis then, chances are, that he deserves it and you should totally follow through with whatever you're planning.
5:
Think of happy things. Like seeing Noah's head mounted on a stick or the enigma of a girl that you have phone calls with. In fact, if there is a mystery such as a certain sunshine on the telephone, then try to solve it. It may well take your mind off your anger. Although, if you're anything like me then solving that mystery might prove to be rather frustrating.
6:
Write down rules for being in a pissed off mood.
