also . it's probably gonna be a little longer before i get another cat . sometime last month my cat was sitting in my lap and started twitching slightly . i figured she was having a bad dream . it started to get worse so i tried to wake her up only to find she was completely limp and unresponsive . i didn't think anything of it at the time i guess ? but last night it happened again but worse . her neck went limp and her whole body started shaking uncontrollably . her eyes were half open with her second eyelids visible and her eyes were glazed over . the shaking was worse than before and she was completely unresponsive . i tried saying her name , raising my voice slightly , making sudden noises , and even shaking her a little . she didn't do anything . she finally snapped out of it and tried to stand only to twitch more and be unbalanced . we took her to the vet and they confirmed she had a seizure . we won't know about her blood work until tomorrow . basically , if the blood work comes back with bad news it'll mean she's having a problem with her organs (like liver failure and such) . if it's normal , she most likely has epilepsy and if the seizures continue and/or get worse she'll be put on medication . so i understand why my mom wants to wait a little longer and im ok with it since i wanna keep an eye on my cat right now .
sorry for the long paragraph im just stressed and stayed up all night so i could make sure she was okay . im exhausted and im just worried it'll get worse .
