February 14th Valentine's day 2018.

We found out the gender of the baby a week ago.

But Kat and Devyn refuse to tell me.

They want it to be a huge surprise for me and Colby.

The party was supposed to be the day after the boys got back,

but since it was so close to Valentine's day, they decided to make it our Valentine's day gift.

That and they flew Katya out and being on Valentine's worked better for her.

I have been annoyed all week because I want to know what damn gender my baby is.

I have also been paranoid.

We are doing a huge pinata filled with sparkles and tissue paper of what gender.

Colby and I will hit it at the same time and go from there,

but I'm paranoid about the dream I had last night.

I dreamt that when we broke the pinata, black dust came out if it and the devil arose from the ashes.

Anyway.

Devyn insisted that Colby and I make an entrance.

"You ready mama?" Colby asks.

I nod, staring at myself in the mirror.

"This is it, we're gonna see if it's a baby Colby or baby Colleen," I say.

I cup my bump.

I still can't believe there's a little human in there.

Colby hugs me from behind, putting his huge hands over mine.

"I'll be happy either way," Colby says.

"Me too, let's go downstairs now," I say.

The party had already started.

"You guys ready now?" Corey asks.

We nod.

He rushes out and tells Devyn.

She taps the mic and gets everyone's attention.

"Okay everybody let's welcome the happy mommy and daddy to be, Colby and Sas!" She calls.

Colby takes my hand as we walk outside.

Everyone cheered for us.

They girls made a bigger deal then I expected.

Winter still wasn't over but it was an incredibly hot day.

"Sas, I'm sending videos and pics to mamma," Katya says.

I smile.

I can't wait to know.

We mingled around, there was food, drinks, music.

People were dancing.

Elton even came.

Colby went over to talk to Sam while I got some food.

"Hey Sas, you look good," Brennen says.

"Thanks Brennen," I say.

"So tell me, it'll be our secret. Is it a boy or girl?" He asks.

"I don't know, the girls won't tell me, and they won't tell you. You don't need to make bets on my baby," I say.

"Damn, busted. Okay have fun," he says and walks away.
