Gunfighter's POV:

"What do mean I got to report to Beacon Academy?" I waited four hours for these morons to get me what I'm owed. "Look mr-uh-um-what's your name? I didn't catch it." I glared at him, "I didn't give it to you, now tell me why I gotta go report to a school or you'll be breathing out the back of your head." The council member stood up shaking his hands in fear. "I-it wasn't my idea! The council was given a message last night and the put it up to a vote this morning. You're the last gunfighter on this continent and they don't want a-a-" "A what!?" "A loose cannon running around." He manage to say between breaths. Goddamn you old man! I took the money off the table regardless of how much is on there into the saddle bag draped over my shoulder before walking out. I attached the bag to JC's saddle before mounting him and pulling my map out. Beacon Academy, Beacon Academy-there it is. Taking one last glance at the map, I had JC go back through the Upper District to get over to Beacon.

Third Person:

Ozpin sat back in his office after sending the new students off into Emerald Forest to find the 'relics'. Just as he sat into his chair, Glynda came out of the elevator with a panicked expression plastered on her face. "Headmaster he's here!" Calmly he stood up with his mug in hand he asked, "Who's here?" "The gunfighter from last night." Ozpin nearly choked on the drink he just sipped out of and looked at her. "He's here already!?" Glynda was about to answer until Ozpin walked past her towards the elevator where she then followed. Getting outside they looked around to see where he was. Ozpin went further away from the front entrance and went to the gardens near the lecture hall only to find a man sitting down playing a harmonica on a bench across from a horse laying in the grass. "This better be worth my time." He said taking a breath from playing. Collecting his thoughts Ozpin cautiously approached him with his mug in one hand and cane in the other. "I called the council about you. I believe you can do much more for Beacon than gunning down every criminal you see, maybe even tech these students a thing or two. The council's been trying to get rid of that agreement with you gunfighters for years now. And besides, I'd much prefer my students coming back from a failed mission rather than getting shot for interfering with your line of work." The gunfighter didn't look up at him, instead he went back to playing his harmonica for a minute. Finishing playing such an eerie tune he looked at Ozpin and said, "Name the first time I've shot a kid Ozpin." Ozpin looked at him trying to read his facial expressions. "Name it." Ozpin responded, "I never said yo-" "You didn't need to say anything to know what your hinting at." Ozpin backed up when the gunfighter rose from his seat and walked towards the headmaster. "And when did you think pulling me away from my choice of living was a good idea?" Ozpin looked at him in his eyes to see...nothing. He couldn't see what, or why he does this. Why he chooses to kill criminals for a living. All he saw was a man looking for another fight. "I uh-I believe you could be of great use to hunters here in Vale. Grimm are growing in nu-" The gunfighter quickly interrupted Ozpin, "Quite trying to deviate from my question and answer it." Sighing, Ozpin walked around him and sat on the beach where he was just sitting with the gunfighter standing in front of him with his revolvers on his hips and another pair hanging along his upper torso under his old dark grey vest. "Every hunter from Vacuo to Vale has moments where they tend to do things illegally and wind up in trouble for it. I've stepped around the law before and I've paid for it, but other hunters now fear if the do you-or someone like you will come for them and kill them without mercy." Nodding in agreement, the gunfighter walked over to his sleeping horse and sat near him before looking at Ozpin. "Good, maybe they'll learn to do things the hard way and survive it then. There's a lesson I'll be happy to teach to all of you: don't do something that'll piss the wrong man, woman, or child off because they'll come back with a mighty grudge and thirst for a fight." Ozpin pinched the bridge of his nose before leaving the conversation and back to the school. "Whether you like it or not, you can't continue your field of work here in Vale, council's orders." Getting his faded brown long coat he put it on before looking at his horse who woke up from Ozpin's cane hitting the pavement. "Mean ass bastard woke you up huh?" He asked JC who nodded off to him.

Gunfighter's POV:

I started to rub JC's snout while watching the students that were coming back from their endeavour in Emerald Forest. Some gave me and JC a stare out of confusion but kept walking when they saw the guns holstered around me. Guess they think i'm a hunter seeing how they're so calm with a gunfighter in their presence, I thought to myself. I took JC to edge of the garden near the front entrance and tied him to one of the benches close to it. Not long after that I took the old double barrel shotgun off the side of the saddle and held it by my side. "Stay here and watch my back will ya?" I asked JC. Of course he just looked at me before laying to sleep again with his head closer to bench. Waltzing in this place armed is obviously easy, just that nobody is dumb enough to threaten anyone here. One of the students got lost and bumped-or rather ran into me. "Ow-oh-uh-sorry sir! I was-uh-lost trying to fi-" "I don't know what this place you're looking for is called, but I got a feeling it's where I'm going to talk to Ozpin." 'It's ca-called the amph-" "Follow me kid I'll take you to it." He nervously wipes the beads of sweat on his head and thanks me while following. Getting there wasn't hard, seeing how all you have to do is follow the crowd. I didn't pay any attention to the students looking at me. It's probably the shotgun in my hand. I mentally noted. Getting to the hall, the blonde kid thanked me once more before walking off into the crowd. I stood in the back since I'm taller than all the kids here...well except that guy-he's too damn tall. What the hell did they feed him at birth!? Looking at Ozpin as he gave his 'speech'-if you want to call it that, he looked over everyone and noticed me standing in the back with a large gun in hand looking at him ominously but he kept going. "Bravo old man! Bravo" I said under my breath before I smirked.
