Gunfighter's POV:

After giving his little speech I intercepted him trying to get back to his office undetected from me. "Before you run off. Let's have a nice chat away from the kids." I grabbed his left shoulder while holding my street howitzer in my right and directed him to an empty classroom before closing the door. "Take a seat before you pass out from a heart attack." Moving the teacher's chair out for him to sit. I walked back around and let him sit before giving him my side of the deal. "Alright listen now and listen well. I'll stick with YOUR agreement with the council, BUT I have a few parts i'd like to add." Hesitantly he said, "Go on." "Any criminal, outlaw, terrorist that takes a shot at me that isn't who you send me after will be in a early grave understood?" He said nothing but nodded in agreement. "Since you stopped me from getting paid you'll be paying me now. Successful missions are...let's say five-thousand to ten-thousand depending on the difficulty and failed missions are half of what it would've been. Deal?" He once again, hesitantly nodded in agreement. Before walking out and leaving him there to ponder what I said to him I turned around and added one more thing. "Oh, Ozpin!" He looked at me asking, "Yes?" "If I see a crime being committed-depending on what it is that's being done-I won't promise the person will come out alive. Also, anyone who touches JC without my knowledge with be in the hospital for a long time." He got up from the seat and said one last thing before I left. "Part of the deal with the council is that you better make an effort to not kill every criminal you see. So no unnecessary killing. Understood?" With that being said I nodded off to him and left the room and gently shut the door behind me before walking out the front to get JC. Apon getting outside I walked past three boys carrying a fourth who was holding his face with blood leaking from between his fingers. Aw shit. Quickly picking up the pace I walked to the bench where I left JC only to find him staring down Glynda who was trying to subdue him. "Care to explain what the hell is going on?" I ask the woman. 'Your pet hor-" "The letters that make his name better be the first thing out of you mouth. Otherwise I'll pistol whip you and claim self defence from your short temper." She scowled at me but turned a way and raised her crop rider. "I'm trying to stop your horse from killing the students!" She angrily said to me. Before Glynda could use her semblance, power, whatever they called it, I put my hand on her arm and lowered it. "He isn't trying to kill them, he's startled." "What?" I didn't answer except I walked towards JC and gently put my hand on his nose and moved closer. "Easy JC. The boys ain't gonna touch you again." The woman tried to get closer only for JC to jump up and try to kick her with his front hooves. "DAMN IT JC! WILL YOU CALM DOWN MAN!?" After his little tantrum I got him to lay down. I looked back at the woman who stood a few yards away before getting up and approaching her. "Before you open your mouth listen here. Who ever those four were, they got themselves hurt. Not JC's fault, their's. Another thing, as long as I'm staying here, I expect you or any other teacher to tell the kids not to slap, punch, fire apon, or do anything along that line at him. Understood?" She opened her mouth with intentions of arguing back but didn't when I gave her a look with murderous intent. "I'l-I'll let the students and teachers know." Before she turned away she looked back with a confused expression after she heard me. "Thank you Ms. Goodwitch." After she left, I took JC and my saddle near the gardens where we were before to rest. I took out a blanket from the saddle and layed it near JC who went back to his original spot to sleep. I folded my brown coat to make a pillow and laid down next to JC and went to sleep. This is gonna be one hell of an experience. Lets see how long the peace last between them and me.

Glynda's POV:

I walked back into the school and maid my way to the teacher's dorms when I ran into Ozpin. "Glynda I need to speak to you real quick." I had him follow me to my room where I let him in and got him another cup of coffee. "What's wrong?" He stood near the door and took a sip from the cup I gave him. "Our gunfighter has a greed to stay but added some of his terms to the council's deal." I sighed knowing this can't be good. "What are his terms?" "Well since we did cut his form of payment we'll be paying him now. Five to ten-thousand depending on the mission's difficulty." I had to interrupt. "Five to ten-thousand!? Is he serious!?" "Quite so, he also said that any criminal who takes a shot at him he will kill them in defense, but I did mention he can't always kill ever criminal he sees." "What makes you think he'll do that?" I asked. "Well we are paying him so he has to abide by these rules. Also, if anyone touches his horse JC, he won't hesitate to lay a hand on them. Assuming if the horse doesn't put them in the hospital first." Great, now we have to worry about his horse too. I thought to myself. Ozpin finished the cup of coffee before handing it back to me and leaving. "Thanks for the coffee Glynda." "You're welcome." After that he shut the door and left before I changed into a nightgown and went to sleep.

Ozpin's POV:

I got back to my office and was calling the council about his terms of agreement. Walking around with them on the phone I stopped to notice out the front window he was sleeping outside next to his horse in the garden near the lecture hall. Hanging up after our talk I started to wonder what drives this man. How does someone like him have the strength, let alone the will to kill people for a living and not stop to question a single moment of it? I went back to my desk and sat down. I pulled up a bunch of shootouts that happened from Vacou all the way to Vale and wondered what was driving this man to do these things.
