"Psst, Mina"

My eyes fluttering open as the darkness started fading, the first thing I saw was Taehyung's face.

"Good morning" I smiled upon hearing his voice as he caressed my hand.

"I have a lot to tell you, let's wash up and eat breakfast first"

I sat up from the couch and as soon as I stood up, I was pulled back down by him.

His hands roamed around my waist as I straddled his lap, his lips kissing the warm skin of my bare shoulder.

"Hurry or I'll miss you too much"

I gave him a peck and stood up before walking away.

After washing up and eating, I quickly did the dishes and went back to the living room where Taehyung was waiting for me.

"Mina" he held my hands in his as soon as I sat down next to him.

I hummed and smiled sweetly at him as the warmth of his hands welcomed mine.

"I, Kim Taehyung, am asking you, Lee Mina, to be my beloved best friend, soulmate and other half but most importantly my girlfriend"

"So what do you say?" He cocked an eyebrow with a silly yet nervous smile.

"Absolutely not" his eyes popped out of his sockets as I bursted laughing.

"I'm kidding, I would love to"

His eyes immediately lit up, as they turned into moon crescents, making my heart melt.

"Come here" he pulled me closer and wrapped his arms around me as I laid my head on his chest, inhaling his fresh soap scent.

As I drew invisible circles on his chest with my finger, the relaxing moment took an end as I remembered what mom told me yesterday.

"Taehyung" I pulled away from his embrace and sat up.

Taking a deep breath, I looked into his eyes and admired them.

Probably because I won't get to see them
much soon.

"What is it?" He softly muttered as he caressed my hand.

"My mom.....she called me a few days ago and told me that...."

"That what?" He raised his voice as his eyes were now piercing holes through my body.

"That she wants me to move to a new college nearby them"

Taehyung stayed quiet as his mind tried to process what I just said.

"So you're moving?" He mumbled with a rather sad voice.

" I don't know, I wanted to talk to you and the others first but my father told me that he knows a lot of people which will make it much easier for me to find a job after college"

"I mean, he's right but do you want to?"

"I want to but at the same time I don't want to leave you" tears started brimming in my eyes as I tried to hold them back.

"Hey, don't worry about that, we'll visit each other, it'll be okay" he pulled me into a hug as I could't help but tear up even more.

How is he so supportive?

I'm dating an angel, not a human.

"I'm with you no matter what decision you make and I want you to always think about what's best for you and nothing else"

"Can you promise me that you'll do that?" He broke the hug and looked deep into my now teary eyes.

I nodded slowly as he moved closer and then planted a soft kiss on my forehead.

Taehyung's point of view

From the second she told me about her possibly moving, I couldn't stop thinking about how I sad and lonely I would feel.

Or how desperate and angry I would be when she leaves.

I want what's best for her but it's not going to be easy.

I can't imagine her not eating lunch with her in the cafeteria.

Nor can I imagine seeing her house without remembering all the fun things we did together.

But whatever decision she makes, I'll always support her, because I love her.

Because....... I love her more than I love myself.
