A Night In The Moonlight Of The Beach

Scarlett's Pov

When I woke up the sun was shinning brightly into the hospital room. I opened my eyes and looked around, nobody?

"good morning, Ms. Payne" a nurse said and walked into my room.

"hood morning, um where is everyone?" I asked, where would they have gone?

"they all had to leave, but one of them told me to give you this" she said, then handed me a small envilope. She walked out of the room and closed the door behind her. I looked at the envilope and opened it up. I found a letter inside and read it.

Dear Scarlett,

I am so sorry, we had to leave. The lads and I had a concert, but I need to talk to you alone. I saved everything you need to know on your phone! By the way, you called me 'Nialler Bear' on your phone? Thats cute, I love you. I always will, never forget that! <3 XOXO

I smiled at the letter. He still loves me. Do I love him? I mean, I think I do. But nothing will ever be the same between us. At least I know we can try to make this work. A good love it one worth fighting for right? And if thats what it takes, then so be it.

"excuse me!" I yelled, hoping a nurse would come in.

"yes?" a nurse walked in.

"may I leave today? Like, now?" I asked. She gave me a sweet genuin smile and nodded. I smiled back and she came to unhook me from the machines. Luckily I hadnt cut too deep and I really onmy cut the skin and some muscle.

After she finished unhooking me, she handed me a pair of clothes I guess El or Dani had brought me. I thought it was rather fancy, but oh well who cares? I slipped on all my clothes and brushed my hair. I put on my shoes and got signed out of the hospital at the main desk.

I walked outside into the elevator and down stairs. When I finally got outside I took a deep breath of the fresh air and caught a cab. I gave him the address and buckled my seat belt.

Niall's Pov

"are you sure your ready?" Lou asked me.

"mo, but if I dont get her back now I never will." I replied. I fixed my tux and looked at Lou, who seemed pleased with my appearance. But I dont need his approval, I need Scarlett's. I am so afraid of loosing her, I just dont know what I would do.

"okay, good luck" Lou told me.

"thanks" I replied.

"Liam, please wish me luck with your sister?" I asked.

"Niall, good luck, just stay out of bed" Liam laughed.

"thanks, Liam, feel better alright?" I told him. He nodded and I got out of the car. I admin I'm really nervous.

I walked to the front of the resturaunt I had told her to meet me at and waited. Soon she arrived, she was in a dark green strapless dress with a high waisted gold belt, along with gold heels. And damn did she look good for someone who just got out of the hospital!

"you ready?" I asked her, holding out my hand.

"sure am" she replied and took my hand. I felt butterflies in my stomach, I do everytime we touch. I lead her through the resteraunt and out the back door to the beach. It was beautiful in the moonlight. I lead her to a picnic blanket laid on the sand I had told the waiters to set earlier for us.

We each sat down and I lit afew candles. Soon we were brought steaks, potatotes, vegitables, wine, soda, anything we asked for. We ate what by the looks of it could have been all the food in the resteraunt then stopped.

"do you wanna take a walk?" I asked her. She smiled and nodded. We each took off our shoes and left them on the blanket along with her purse and our phones. We stood up and I took her hand in mine.

We walked along the beach letting the water just barely reach our feet. It was nice to finally have her here, and not be in a bad situation.

"hey, do you see that in the water?" she asked and pointed. I looked my closest, but couldnt see a thing!

"what, I dont see it?" I said and stepped in a little deeper.

"dont you see it?" she asked.

"what?"

"you!" she yelled and pushed me into the water. I came up to the surface and she was laughing hysterically.

"oh you think thats funny?" I stood up and grinned at her.

"oh no, Niall do you dare!" she yelled, while laughing. I ran towards her, scooped her in my arms and fall back into the water.

"your right, that was funny!" I laughed as we surfaced. She smirked at me and splashed me. I splashed back and she got up.

"you cant splash me if you cant catch me!" she laughed and started to run.

"maybe not, but I can catch you!" I yelled to her and ran after her. I grabbed her waist from behind and pulled her into the water. When we surfaced she didnt say anything, though. She diddnt move and I couldnt feel her chest rise and fall.

"Scarlett?" I asked, expecting an answer, but not getting one.

":oh god no! Please please please please no!" I said. I pulled her to shallower waters and elevated her head. I put my hands together and pounded on her chest three times. Nothing. I started panicing!

"fuck!" I cussed under my breath. I leaned down and pressed my lips against hers and blew air into her lungs. After the first blow she was awake, but the 'CPR' turned into more of a full on snog.

Our lips moved in perfect sync and harmony. She wrapped her arms around my neck and deepened the kiss more.

"Niall?" she said, breaking the snog.

"yeah?" I asked.

"why dont we rent this little beach house right here for the night?" she suggested, pointing at a little beach house that was only like 10 feet away.

"why?" I asked.

"to play seven up? What do you think?" she asked raising her eye brows.

"oh, okay. Well, lets go!" I picked her up with her legs tight around my waist and our chests pressed together. I walked into the beach house and locked the door behind us.

Liam is so going to kill me for what I'm about to do in the morning!

Hey guys! So how was this chapter? Did you like it? LLN I think we all know what goes on after they go inside the beach house alone together? I am obviously not going to descrive it for a lot of reasons! Which there are way too many to say but I think you can think of most of them, right? Any ways sorry it took so long to update! I have been working on some new fanfics that arent out yet plus, imagines, one shots, and I was on vacation to see my family that lives across the US from me so I wanted to spend as much time with them as I could! But, now that I am back home I will update more often! Please give me some feedback on this! It means a lot when you guys do! Also, please go checkout my new Louis fanfic!
