Christian POV

Terry and I packed the majority of my belongings, though he mentioned I might want to update the wardrobe, he would assist if I felt it necessary. I thanked him, feeling like I have an actual chance of having a male friend. We load the SUV Ryan calling to let Ted know that we are on our way home. Ryan looks concerned but we enter the SUV. Terry asks "What has you upset Joe"? He shakes his head "Teddy asked that we hurry back, there is problems at the house, but he didn't elaborate".  I look at Terry and he at me and we think the same thing, Elliot. I just hope nothing drastic happens before we get there.

We arrive at the house seeing a vehicle that isn't recognized  as well as my fathers. Something big must be going on, we rush into the house and take in what is going on. Ana is holding her face with Ted holding her, as I see blood starting to stain her dress. Taylor looking pissed while Ted is on the phone who God only knows. I hear Elliot reply "I don't recognize the court papers, she is my daughter. She's coming with me and dad is releasing those funds". I laugh darkly wanting to get the attention of the man in front of me and remind him who Ana belongs to and who he's dealing with. "Get your hands off my fucking wife you piece of shit". Elliot turns to look behind him and I see him pale and stare with disbelief. "No fucking way, this has to be someone they hired. Ted is that desperate". I slowly walk past Elliot to Ana and kneel besides her "Are you hurt Ana"? She shakes her head but Ted scoffs "The bastard hit her and caused her to pop some staples, hence why she's bleeding". I get up and turn to my brother "Why are you here? This isn't your home, not by any means. This has always been Ana's house even when I was alive, it was her wedding gift, the house is in her name only. Why do you disrespect it"? Elliot chuckles "I'm not disrespecting my wife, just educating her. She has lost sight of who I am to her". Dad walks to the staircase and looks down at Elliot "Elliot I informed you your marriage is invalidated, you were never married as Christian was alive this entire time. Stop this madness, you are with Kate. Ana hasn't pushed for anything from you ever. Give her that same respect, you started cheating within a year of marriage with her". Kate looks at dad with upset "There was a time you all saw me as a daughter, like Ana. All that changed because of me not informing on Jose"? Dad nods "You know the truth Kate, know Jose was guilty but use it as a way to hurt your best friend, a woman who saw you like family. Why would Grace or I associate with someone like that"? Kate looks close to tears "Ana took Elliot from me, looking for her husband. She took him, needed him and he didn't need me". I shake my head "Your sad Kate, plus you have the mongrel back why are you bitching now"? Elliot looks at me "Mongrel? That's what you think of me"? I nod "After I heard exactly what kind of a douchebag you were to the woman who was your wife yes". Elliot swallows "What do you know"? I grimace "Everything". He begins to shake "Plus knowing that she wasn't truly your wife, but mine and the way you hurt her, demeaned her degraded her used her be thankful you are still breathing". Ted looks at me then Elliot "What did he do dad"? Ana shakes her head "That's not for you to know Ted, just know your mother is stronger than anyone ever imagined". Ted glares at Elliot "You hurt her that badly"? Ted moves Ana to the couch and starts towards Elliot when Terry grabs his arm and takes him outside protesting wildly. Elliot chuckles "Finally got a leash on that dog. Needs to learn respect". Hearing these words I punch Elliot in the face, feeling an immense amount of relief.

Elliot stands with Kate's help and comes towards me but Taylor stops him "Elliot stop this isn't your place or situation any longer". Elliot looks at him "Just get Ava and Kate and I will leave and never darken your doorstep again". As he says this Hailey and Parker rush after the babies who are running towards the stairs. Elliot turns to see them and is stunned "Who's kids are those"? Ana looks at him stupidly "I'm taking in orphans Elliot. Come on don't be stupid. They are mine you dumbass". He stands there stupified. "Those are my kids"? She shakes her head "No they are mine Elliot. You have no rights to them". He looks hurt "You didn't tell me it was twins Ana". She looks at him in disgust "Taylor did I not tell him how many children I was carrying but he was more interested in his W H O R E"? Ana spells the last word, and Taylor nods his head "Ana was very clear on her pregnancy, you were more interested in T e r m i n a t i o n. You were more interested in your relationship with Kate". Elliot looks around lost and Kate nudges him "What does it matter Elliot, you have Marcos who loves you like a dad". He nods and looks at Kate's child. He is scrawny looking, not really seeing Kate in him, huddling behind a chair scared to death.

Kate looks around for him "Marcos I said stay by me, why don't you listen". She grabs the boy and shakes him. Hailey seeing this rushes to the child "You don't shake little kids. They are scared and shy. It's normal you monster". Kate scoffs "Such a maternal child, wait till you raise an actual child girl. It's different than you think". Hailey walks him to the kitchen, ending the debate and Kate goes to follow "Stop right there, your son is the only one of you safe, unlike you we don't mistreat a child". Elliot nods at Kate and she grumbles "Where is Ava? All this because I want my daughter with me".

The door opens and mom enters the room "What is going on here? Kate Elliot why are you here? This is unheard of". He looks at her "I came back for Ava, I want us to be family again". She touches his face and looks in his eyes "You hurt her son. She had hope for this years ago. She gave up and found happiness here with her family. Why ruin it? Because she has a trust that you need? It's locked up, Grandma Addy and Grandpa Theo made sure of it. She can't access it till she is 25, or goes to college. Elliot this isn't you, you are a good man, not a user. Don't try taking your daughters money. Find something that makes you happy again". He looks close to tears "I had happiness, with my company but that was taken away". Ana replies "You didn't take care of it, you neglected it, used the money for the project on your living with Kate. GEH had to pay off the other company brought in with the stipulation you never work for the company again or you'll face embezzlement charges in Canada". I walk to Ana, holding her as she grimaces in pain "Mom take a look as t he wound she says she felt a few staples pop". Mom nods and cuts Ana's dress at her stomach. Mom gloves up and examines her, "She did, also a few internal stitches. I can steri strip the wound, but she has to go back. How did it happen"? She looks at then Ana then Elliot. Kate speaks up "Ana was being disrespectful and Elliot slapped her to teach her a lesson. She was over dramatic and moved in a twist afterwards. She caused this herself". I hear this and want to kill him but Mom walks to Kate and slaps her "Your a despicable human. How you gave birth to Ava such a sweet compassionate person between you two is amazing. But I guess it's proof nurture vs nature". As mom says this the police enter the house and once again detective Clarke shows up. As they walk in Ava comes down the stairs with a folder in her hand.

"We got a call about a domestic disturbance as well as a person who's not supposed to be in this country". Ava walks over "Yes detective that would be me. Elliot Grey has been repeatedly told he is no longer welcome here, restraining orders are in effect as well. He is here to force me to leave with him". The detective looks at Ava "Are you his daughter"? She scoffs "Biologically maybe but legally no. I had his rights terminated and my grandparents are my guardians now. They allow me to stay with my adoptive mother, as they are in constant contact with me and her". Ava hands through folder to the detective and he motions for the officers to arrest Elliot. "As for Kate behind him, she was told if she ever returned to the United States her sentence would be carried out immediately". The detective pulls up the court documents on his phone and motion for her to be arrested as well. Kate cries out "Who called the police about this, and how could you Ava? I'm your mother". Ava chuckles ruefully "I called the police for you both disturbing my family plus you didn't follow your agreement with the court. Why should you be allowed to roam free. Actions have consequences, you were given a gift by being sent to Canada, and you ruined it. Accept it and forget about me. I'm not your child any longer. You forfeited that right years ago". Ava is getting upset and I pull her to me to comfort her. She turns and cries into my chest. Hailey comes out with Marcos and we let the officers know he is Kate's child. They ask us to Foster him for now until it is determined what is happening with his mother.
