Rosé rarely notices when she starts her nervous movements. This moment right now is not different. She only realizes that she's anxiously picking the skin on the tip of her fingers, where the guitar strings have shaped her ugly, but not to Lisa, calluses, when she feels Lisa's hand covering both of her own on her lap.

But she doesn't relax her tensed shoulders and she doesn't look away from the stranger in the room. Her eyes remain fixated on this guy, this guy who insisted that Rosé should give him her laptop to listen to her music. She was nervous and apprehensive to do it. She just felt like her privacy was being violated but she didn't really have many options other than...obey.

Because this guy, that Lisa and Rosé don't even know his name, is some sort of a lawyer/consultant/agent/assistant of Lee Soohyun. He wants to listen to Rosé's music, probably to approve of Soohyun's new investment while Soohyun herself has never bothered to do so.

She only greeted Lisa and Rosé when they came to her house and then disappeared, leaving them alone with this, now silent and a few minutes ago very annoyingly talkative, guy.

"Honey?" It's not Lisa's hushed voice near her ear that really gets her attention. It's Lisa's fingers slipping through her own and entwines their hands together that finally makes Rosé turn and look at her girlfriend.

Lisa is smiling at her, that smile that weirdly almost always somehow makes Rosé's anxiousness become a little less overwhelming. And the fact that Lisa actually wants to hold Rosé's hand in front of a stranger, and in Soohyun's house for that matter, puts Rosé even more at ease.

Rosé has come a long way in accepting herself and her feelings and her desire to not hide anymore, not in public and not in general, but she would never pressure Lisa to do something that she doesn't want to do. She would never ask from Lisa to come out with their relationship, Rosé understands that it has nothing to do with their sexualities or their families that makes Lisa want to keep them a secret. She's just insecure, now more than ever, that she is somehow the center of attention. Her. Lisa. Lisa with the broken spine. The person that for the moment being, at least, is Rosé burden.

Rosé most definitely doesn't agree with Lisa's theory but she is glad that Rosé starts to slowly accept the fact that she is going to be talked about because she is Rosé's girlfriend.

"What is he doing with my laptop, Lisa?" Rosé's worry is loud and clear, even though her voice comes out as a whisper, just in case that this guy might actually be listening to them.

"He's listening to your music." Lisa states the obvious but she only makes Rosé's frown deepen, which makes Lisa frown questioningly too. "What's on your laptop, anyway?"

"Music." Rosé answers pointedly but Lisa does not get the point.

It makes Rosé sigh, turn to look at the guy to make sure that he's still busy with her laptop, and then she turns to look back into blue eyes. "I mean, I don't have just music that Jennie and I wrote..."

"Oh, you're singing in some of those!" Lisa says excitedly when Rosé doesn't say it herself. It's almost like admitting it to Lisa would make the guy, who can't even listen to them, aware of the fact and he would immediately go searching for these songs.

"Babe, can you lower your voice, please?"

"Sorry." Lisa offers an apologetic smile. She usually loses control of a lot of things when she gets excited and especially when she gets excited with anything that has to do with Rosé. Also, she doesn't really mind if this guy finds out that Rosé has a perfect voice. But Rosé does mind.
