Beach AU

"Damn, that's a body," they thought in unison.

Taehyung and (Y/N) thought as they found a dead body on the beach shore. Their group of friends had ditched them both last minute. Little did they know they gave them some time alone to finally start something. This idea stuck with them after drunk Tae confessed his love, but you had already passed out before you could hear it.

The 'date' went great until you both strayed further from the main beach and now you both were faced with the shocking sight and gruesome smell of the decaying corpse. You were the first to react. You dropped on the floor holding your hand over your mouth and nose to stop you from vomiting.

Tae panicked too. He started yelling gibberish only he could understand. After calming myself down I took him away from the scene and said he should go and bring his phone etc. You would stay here.

"I can't let you stay here! There is a body, a dead body!"

"I KNOW, but we need to do something and I don't trust you in standing still until I go back to go get help!" I shouted.

"WHAT IF HE COMES TO LIFE AND TRIES TO EAT YOU!?" Tae panicked again.

"WE ARE IN A ROM-COM FANFICTION, NO ONE WILL DIE!" I yelled and he finally understood his mission. So he ran.

You took another look at the body on the floor. He was naked and had one of this grass skirts Hawaiian girls wear. If you would have to guess, he probably got drunk and fell off a yacht or something. The man was really fat and also had a big nose that looked like someone out of this shows you and Tae liked to watch. With the fat guy, his wife, kids and super intelligent baby and dog. You didn't remember the name tho.

Suddenly a phone rang and it was definitely not yours. You cursed, now questioning if Tae was maybe right and this wasn't a rom-com fanfiction as you thought. A loud groan came from the man as he tried lifting his bodyweight up. No success.

In the distance, you saw Tae running with his phone towards you. As soon as he arrived he hugged you tightly and held you like he was about to lose you.

He wanted to say something but before he could you punched him in the ribs to entangle and then proceed in holding a hand over his mouth.

"He is alive," you whispered sending creeps down Taes spine. Yet the shivers were only partly from fear, he was also affected by the closeness of his face to yours.

You took his phone and send a text message to the police, afraid you would get this man/creature attention by calling. The police gave their ok after explaining the situation and told you both not to run away, but find a place to hide until they would come.

You looked around and found a small cave that one, maybe two could fit in and slowly dragged Tae towards it. You sat Tae in the dark corner and tried making yourself not noticeable. In that process, you started crawling unintentionally in Taes lap making him blush hard.

Only when he took your face in both hands and stared you down into his eyes you had realized your position. And when you did, it was too late. Lips crashed together you were overwhelmed by the feeling. You liked Tae for a long time now and you did eventually develop a small crush. Yet this kiss right now made you reconsider the meaning of the word 'small' in more than one way. (*insert lenny face*)

"Mister Griffen this is the 6th time we have to scoop you off the beach, you are under arrest," a police officer said and took the man away. But that didn't bother you a bit. Your senses were concentrating on whole other things right now.
