Charlotte's P.O.V

Being up in Heaven isn't what it's cracked up to be. It's a lot different from what humans think it's like. Angels help others but also we help the hunters chase down the monsters of the world. I decided to check up on my charge Aurora and her gang of hunters.

I appear in the safehouse just in time because Aurora and Noah were just walking in the door covered in blood. "Hey guys. What'd you hunt today?" I am usually happy to see them. I don't really like going to heaven because there is always a chance that I might see Cas and I don't think I could handle that right now. I still have strong feelings for him so if I were to see him again I would probably break down.

"Hey Charlotte we just got finished hunting down a nest of vampires. It was pretty messy," Aurora stated while Noah was laughing. "They put up quite a fight." He is always happy to take down monsters. Aurora isn't always happy to take down monsters. She is way more level headed than Noah will ever be. They head upstairs to take showers while Sophie is walking down the stairs with a book in her hands. She looks up from the book and sees me in the middle of the living room. She smiles and then sits on the armchair and continues reading. I go over to the bookshelf and grab the book of Greek mythology and sit in the other armchair and begin reading.

20 minutes later Aurora and Noah come downstairs fresh out of the shower. Noah dressed in jean, a t-shirt, and a well worn leather jacket. Aurora is just in jeans and a tank top. They both have boots on because they're always prepared to go if they need to hunt. I am in jeans, t-shirt, and sneakers. We all sit on the couch, relax and watch a movie to unwind from the day. After two movies and three bowls of popcorn later everyone decides to go to bed.

The next morning I come back to find Sophie on the computer looking at new networks while Aurora is in the kitchen cooking and Noah is watching tv. I walk over to Aurora and she looks over her shoulder obviously hearing my footsteps and smiles. "Just in time. I hope you're hungry because I made eggs, bacon and toast. I made enough for you too so I expect you to eat." I sit down at the table knowing that she was gonna make me eat no matter what. We all sat down and ate and complimented her cooking. Then I heard the fluttering of wings and knew another angel had just come. I turn around and look at the angel that I hopedI wouldn't see for a long time.

Castiel.

Cas stood there in the middle of the entryway and looked around. As soon as his eyes focused on me I made sure i didn't show any emotion towards him. I didn't want him to know that he has an effect on me. He walked up to me and just stared at me for a minute.

"Charlotte. I need to speak with you. It's very important." I turned around and saw that Aurora was giving me a weird look, Noah was looking at Cas like he was trying to size him up, and Sophie was looking at the computer screen again. I looked at Cas one more time and then walked out into the living room.

"Ok Cas. What do you need to discuss with me?" He keeps looking for a moment before answering. " Charlotte is so good to see you. It's been a while how are you?" is he really gonna ask me how I've been? I don't think i can do this right now. I can't just sit here and talk like nothing happened.

"Why are you here Castiel?" I didn't want to play games today.

"I need your help."
