⚔Archer's P.O.V⚔

"Are you sure, honey?"

From the moment I brought it up, Queen Margaret - my mother - pestered me about taking a bodyguard. Normally, I would have said yes, but it was only to meet up with a friend in the village nearby. "Yes, I'm sure mom. I'll be back for supper."

She raised an eyebrow. "I'll be back tomorrow," I said.

"That's my boy." I never lied to my mother the queen. Never. And it was true that I was going to meet up with a friend - the catch was that we were going hunting afterwards and I was just going to stay at his house. Which was hard for me to do since, I'm the Crown Prince of Uephra and it wasn't safe this time of year. I watched her walk away before leaving to the stables.

My horse was already ready in the stable which was strange. But then I saw a very familiar sword by the haystack nearby. Oh don't te - " Brother!"

"Is there anything you need help with?," I said as I turned around. He looked at me strangely. "What makes you think I want something Archer?" He chuckled nervously. I gave him the stare my mother always gave me. "Fine, there is a teensy weeny favor I need."

"And that is?"

"I need a ride." That was strange because . . .  Oh!

"Didn't mom prohibit you from going anywhere outside the castle without someone else?" I gave my younger brother a stare that always worked on him.

"Yes?" He said hesitantly. It sounded more like a question than an answer.

"You really need to sort out your priorities, Charles." He looked at me with the sad puppy eyes he attempted to use every time he got in trouble. "Please, just for tonight. I'll just ask someone else next time."

"Why can't you just take one of father's men instead of dragging me in your mess?" He rolled his eyes at me. I hated when he did that. "Because, I'm need someone to take me who won't tell mother and father where I went." I sighed. I knew exactly the places he was talking about. "You mean, to go cause mischief with some friends? Isn't that exactly the reason you're suspended from going anywhere alone for a while?

"It's not that. At least not this time."

I looked at my little brother. Even though he and I were three years apart, I still felt responsible for anything that happened to him. I loved my brother. Cheesy, huh? If anything happened to him or any of my sisters, I would always care.

"Then was is it this time?"

He smirked at me. And being the awesome brother I was, I knew what it was.

"A girl?"

He nodded. "She's a commoner and not of noble blood." I finally understand why he wanted me included in this problem. "Father would kill you if he knew that you were involved with a commoner." He nodded. "And that's why I needed you to take me and not anyone else."

"I'll take you, but I warn you to be careful with - "

"Eve," he said.

"Because if father finds out, he'll forbid you to see her, and probably force you into marriage. And if not -". His face turned pale looking.

"He'll have her head. She doesn't even know I'm a prince. I dress casually, without any court outfits. But I was planning on telling her today." I loved my brother and didn't want anything to happen to him. "How long has this been going on?"

"Four months." So he can keep a secret. Thank the gods he's not like father. "Come on." He got on the horse after me and said," you know we've already got to third base and - "

"You won't need a ride back, will you?" He nodded. "Good, because either way I wouldn't have been able to." We rode up to the castle gates and behold, our one and only parents were there. My mother looked up from the map they were looking at. First at me and then Charles and then back at me. "Archer, dear, where is Charles going?"

"I thought that I would take him with me, so don't expect us for supper. We'll be back in the morning."

Hearing that, my father looked up and said to me," so, you're finally taking your brother along. Is there a reason?" Unlike my mother, I had spent most of my life lying to him. "We're doing some different hunting and we thought Charles could learn a thing or two and join us."

My mother looked happy. "Why isn't that wonderful! Now you boys have fun and stay alive". That was mother and I's inside joke.

"Bye mother," I said as we left the gates and on we rode to the village nearby. "Good job, brother," Charles told me. "Thanks."

"Now, where are you meeting your lady?"

Hey dudes, tried to think like a dude and I think that I failed. Sorry. Just so you know there will be three points of view. The next one will not be archer, just so you know. I might make the next chapter longer, because I personally think this wasn't good enough.

All my love to you guys.
