A test

Y/N's pov:
I woke up in a bed next to Garnet. I turned around and looked at Garnet's sleeping form. Her shades were off and I saw her three eyes, when we would fuse our fusion had 4 eyes. I continue to look at her face until her eyes pop open. I see one blue eye, one red eye, and a purple eye. She smiles and she leans up.
"Do you like what you see Y/N?" She asks me and she pushes her hands in front of her and she stretches. I lightly nod my head and I get out of the bed.
"Do gems have to sleep?" I ask her. She keeps stretching for a little bit and then she looks at me.
"No gems don't need to sleep, I don't sleep often but when I do I feel so much better. That was probably the best nights sleep i've ever had." She told me and I smiled.
"Is it because of me?" I ask her and she chuckles.
"Maybe." She tells me and stands up and off the bed. She moves her hand in front of her face and her shades were soon on. I look down at my clothes and I realize i've already worn these and that I need more clothes.
"Hey Garnet do you have any clothes that I could wear?" I ask Garnet and she turns her head and shakes her head.
"Amethyst might have some, lets go to her room. Just follow me." She tells me and she starts to walk, and soon the room was gone. I follow Garnet until I see a hole in the ground, once I reach the hole I look down and see and glass looking pipe. I look at up at Garnet and she stares back.
"What am I supposed to be doing?" I asked her and she seemed to get out of her train of thought.
"Oh! Sorry I was admiring your beauty, but this is the tunnel that leads to Amethyst's room. Do you want me to go first?" I blush at Garnets comment and I nod my head. She smiles and jumps down onto the pipe and she slowly slides down. I breath in a sigh and I slowly reach for the pipe. When I have both of my arms around the pole I slide down. My shirt slides up and my skin rubs against the pipe. My skin burns in that area but I just push it aside. Once I reach the bottom I see Garnet standing and waiting for me. I look around the room and see thrash piles everywhere, I smell a very strong disgusting smell but I just shrug it off. I look at Garnet, and she's looking at the highest trash pile with a mattress on top, on top of the hill is a sleeping Amethyst. She lightly snores and I chuckle, I put my hands around my mouth and I yell up at her.
"Hey Amethyst!! Do you have any clothes I can barrow?!" I yell loudly and she jumps up and looks over at me and Garnet. I hear her sigh and she stands up and jumps down the trash pile. She walks towards us and reaches us quickly, she crosses her arms and she blows her hair out of her face.
"What do you want?" She asks me and I copy her stance and cross my arms over my chest and I smile.
"Do you have any clothes I can barrow?" I ask her and she chuckles and starts to walk to a medium sized pile with lots and lots of shirts, skirts, and pants. She dives in the pile and a few minutes later she comes out with a purple skirt and a low cut orange top. She hands them to me and I give her a smile.
"This looked like your size so I went ahead and picked it out for you." Amethyst tells me and scratches the back of her neck.
"Well thank you Amethyst. I hope they fit." I tell Amethyst and she nods.
"Where's the way out? I should change in the bathroom." I tell Amethyst and Garnet and they nod.
"We'll show you the way out. I need to eat anyway." Amethyst tells me with a laugh and she walks to the left wall and a door opened in front of her. I look at Garnet and I follow after Amethyst. After I walk a few meters I looked behind me and saw Garnet just standing there.
"Come on Garnet!" I yell and she seems to get knocked out of her thoughts. She nods and walks towards me. I look back at Amethyst and she her tapping her foot on the ground. I walk towards Amethyst and I walk out the door. I look back at Garnet and see her making her way to Amethysts door. Once Garnet reaches the door she steps out and Amethyst follows behind her. The door closes once both of them step out and I walk to the bathroom. I try the knob, but it doesn't open. I press my ear to the door and I hear a voice i've never heard before. I knock on the door and the door opens. I don't see someone at my eye height but when I look down I see a short green girl with yellow hair and green glasses on with green triangular gem on her forehead.
"Who are you?" She asked me, her voice was high pitch but not that high pitch. She sounds disgusted at my presence but I shrug it off.
"I'm Y/N, and who are you?" I ask her and she scoffs.
"I'm a Peridot. You aren't part of The crystal gems, why are you here?" She asks me and I can't help but roll my eyes.
"I'm not part of the crystal gems, but i'm training with Pearl and today I want to try to fuse with her." I told her and she looked at me like I was crazy.
"Human's can't fuse. You must be out of your mind." Peridot tells me and I smile.
"Hey Garnet, can you come here?!" I yell at Garnet and she comes and walks over.
"What do you want?" Garnet asks me. I look at her and she arches an eyebrow.
"Do you want to fuse with me?" I ask Garnet and she smiles.
"Just this once Y/N." Garnet tells me and I laugh. I wrap my arms around her waist and she puts one hand on my shoulder and one on my back. We move swiftly on the floor and Garnet soon dips me down and I soon have a third eye. We look over at Peridot and she looks so shocked, and her eyes are huge. She tries to speak but no words come out.
"Oh look at that! I guess I was right, I can fuse." The part of me speaks and I laugh. 'We can unfuse now.' I tell Garnet in my head. I soon hear a pop and I look down to see me dipping Garnet to the ground. I stand her up and I look at Peridot.
"How-How is that possible? Humans can't fuse." Peridot tells me and I shake my shoulders.
"Can I go change now Peridot?" I ask Peridot sweetly and she nods her head. She moves over and I enter the bathroom. I close and lock the door behind me and I take my tank top off and put on the low cut purple top and I soon take off my blue jeggings and I put the skirt on. I looked in the mirror and I thought that I looked good. I walked to the door but I heard people talking.
"Just be quiet Peri, the Diamonds aren't coming to attack. Your just worrying, just calm down." I heard Amethyst say.
"They're going to come look for me! What will we do?!" I heard Peridot yell.
"We'll fight if they come looking for us." I heard Amethyst say with a scoff. I unlocked the door and I saw Amethyst sitting on a stool and Peridot standing in front of her. They looked at me and I noticed Peridot blush. I looked around and noticed Garnet blushing as well. I looked down and saw that my cleavage was somewhat showing out of my shirt.
"Where's Steven and Pearl? I want to train again." I said out loud and Garnet pointed to the front door. The door soon opened and Steven came walking in with Connie following behind him. Connie was holding a black bag with a pink handle poking out of the bag. The screen door closed behind them and Connie puts her bag on the table in front of the couch and grabs a black outfit and she walks to the bathroom. Steven sits on the couch and I hear the warp pad make a noise and Pearl is standing on top of it.
"Pearl i'm ready to train again, and today i'd like to try to fuse with you." I tell Pearl and her eyes get big.
"Oh god." I hear Amethyst say. I hear the bathroom door open and I turn my head to see Connie in a different outfit then the one she was wearing before. She walks to the couch and sits next to Steven. Peridot goes to the bathroom and locks the door.
"Alright, everyone let's go start our training!" Pearl yells and Steven and Connie run to the warp pad and soon enough, everyone except Peridot is on the pad and soon the blue light surrounds us. The light left and we were back at The ancient sky arena. Connie and Steven run up the stairs and Pearl walks up the stairs next to Amethyst. I walk next to Garnet and soon enough we're up the stairs and heading down to find a spot. I sit down and I watch Steven and Connie fuse and the Pearl herself fights against Stevonnie. They fight for a few minutes and Stevonnie has Pearl on the ground, but Pearl hits Stevonnie's foot and Stevonnie falls. Pearl jumps up and lands on her feet and holds her sword to Stevonnie's throat. Stevonnie looks at Pearl and you can sense Stevonnie's fear. Pearl backs off and lends Stevonnie a hand, and soon Steven and Connie fall onto the floor. Connie's sword skids across the floor and Connie tries to get it. Steven stands up and grabs Connnie's sword and hands it to her. Connie gives Steven a smile and Steven smiles back. Connie stands up with sword in hand, and Connie looks at Pearl.
"That was good until I tripped you, just because you have someone on the ground don't let your guard drop. Y/N come on down please!" Pearl tell Connie and I walk down the stairs at the sound of my name. Connie sighed and walked next to Steven and they soon sat down. I walked over to Pearl and she put her hand to her gem and out came my axe. She handed it to me and I smiled. She then moved a fake Pearl to her left and the fake Pearl speaks.
"Level 2 activated!" The Pearl spoke and I went in the position Pearl told me yesterday. I held the axe in my right hand and I gave the fake Pearl a determined look. Soon enough we started fighting, her sword would hit my axe and I kicked her in the stomach and she fell to the ground. I jabbed my axe into her chest and the fake Pearl disappeared. I smiled and I heard Pearl speak.
"Are you ready to try to fuse?" Pearl asked me and I nodded my head. I stood up straight and I placed my hands into Pearls, I kept our hands cupped and we started to move our feet. I released one of her hands and I twirled her around and I dipped her down. I looked down at her and saw a faint blush and then I felt the familiar feeling and I was tall with 2 extra arms and I was wearing my short cut orange top and my purple skirt, but underneath the skirt was some yellow shorts and I had on pink tall socks. I looked at my wrist and I saw a gold bangle with a ruby and sapphire on it. I smiled, knowing Garnet must have put it on me while I was asleep.
"Hello everybody, how are you doing?" We ask in a monotone voice.
"Why isn't anyone answering? I thought this was gonna be fun!" I yell.
"But it is Y/N, it's okay!" Pearl yells.
"No it's not!" I yell and I fall. I trip over the edge and I look down to see small trees at the bottom. I screamed, knowing no one would help me. I make it so I lay on my belly and I throw my arms out, I once read somewhere that going in that position would slow you down. I lift my head up and see everyone looking down at me. I look back at the ground and I hear the wind blowing into my ear. I see the trees get bigger as I get closer to the ground. I close my eyes, knowing that if I look, i'll see myself hit the ground. The air whizzes around me and I don't think i'm slowing down. I kept my arms out but I keep my eyes closed. I open my eyes and I see that i'm closer then ever, I close my eyes waiting for the impact but it doesn't happen. I open my eyes and I see Stevonnie holding me, for some reason we're floating. I look at Stevonnie and when she realizes i'm looking at her, she smiles. I look down and she that we've landed. Steven and Connie unfuse and they look up at me. I crouch down and I cry into my hands. I sob and I feel Steven and Connie hug me. 'You stupid idiot! You should have listened to Garnet! You almost died, but you just wanted to find out if you could fuse! Why are you so stupid?! You always think you know what to do, but you didn't this time Y/N!' I yell at myself in my head, and it makes me cry even more.
"Why did I not listen to Garnet? I was so stupid! I just wanted to experiment, but I just had to go ahead and fuse with Pearl!" I yell and Steven and Connie pull away. I then feel a hand placed on my shoulder.
"Y/N, don't talk like that. You couldn't have known. You need to get out of your head, that's the reason you unfused with Pearl because you were in your head. I don't like seeing you like this." Steven tells me, trying to console me. I move my hands from my face and I look at him.
"This is me Steven! This is all me, and if you don't like it just leave!" I yell at Steven, filled with anger. Steven stands up and walks away.
"Steven!" Connie yells and runs towards Steven. I place my hands back on my face and I keep crying. I cry for a few minutes and I look at my arms. I see the scars from being Yellow diamonds servant. One thing I didn't tell Garnet was that cutting myself eased my pain. If it wasn't for me thinking I would see my mom again, I would've killed myself. And when I found out my mom was dead I just wanted to run in the ocean and drown myself, but Greg was there and he made me feel better. I place my hands on knees and I close my eyes. I continue to silently cry for a few minutes, until I feel a hand on my left shoulder and a hand on my right shoulder. I open my eyes and I see Ruby and Sapphire. Sapphire wipes my tears away and Ruby just looks me in the eyes. Ruby see's my arms and pulls them down to have a good look at them
"Y/N, did you do this to yourself?" Ruby asks and I nod my head. I hear Sapphire gasp and I see her cover up her mouth.
"Y/N, that's never the option. Even if you think it is, it hurts people around you to see them. I know it might've hurt when you were Yellow diamonds servant, but it's better now. Sometimes you might think no one loves you, but look at Connie and Steven. They fused to save you, and we saw Steven trying to help you. It might hurt now, but just think about the future. Think about the future with us and the crystal gems. We're your family now." Sapphire told me and she looked at Ruby. They nodded at eachother and both of them kissed me on one cheek each. Sapphire kissed my left and Ruby kissed my right. I blushed at their actions, and they held eachothers hands. They then fused and Garnet stood in front of me. She moved up her shades and gave me a smile.
"Will you promise to tell me when you ever feel that way again?" Garnet asked and I nodded. I stood up and I hugged Garnet, she hugged back. We started to walk back to the temple, at first we were lost and didn't know where to go but we soon found a way back to the temple. We held eachothers hands but soon we felt the ground shake. Garnet let go of my hand and she looked behind us. I turned around and didn't see anything.
"Should we check it out?" I asked Garnet and she nodded. We walked towards where we were recently at, and I looked down the hill and I saw a yellow and blue hand ships. I covered my mouth with my hands, shocked with what I realized. Yellow diamond came back to find me.
•I like a good cliffhanger. The picture of the fusion between you and Pearl, I drew it myself. I'm not back to my home state and I still don't have my colored pencils so I can't color it in yet. I'll color it when I get back home, I promise.
