Chapter Three

Ethan's POV-

"Ethan....I'm pregnant."

I froze when those words left Mia's lips. Instantaneous happiness filled my veins until it hit me. She's pregnant....and Tanner's son is after her. If he finds out....I shivered. That's when I realized what Dakota meant. Guilt and shame took over my body.

"Mia I'm so sorry I haven't been here to help you with this." I whispered.

She nodded.

"Just be here for me now Ethan." She whispered.

"Of course! How long have you known?" I asked.

"One month. Five more to go." She answered.

I looked at her, surprised.

"How did you find out that information shorty?"

She smiled. "Well I just....knew. The dizziness and nauseous feeling. Also doctor Passer told me..."

I nodded, making an "o" shape with my mouth. No wonder why she went to the doctor a week ago. I wanted to slap myself in the face.

"Well....who knows already?" I asked.

"You, Olivia, Dakota and the kids."

I smiled. "Well, when is your next doctor's appointment?" I asked.

I had to know...

"In two days." She answered.

I nodded and smiled. Then I leaned down and pressed my lips to hers.

"I love you Mia so much. I promise I will do everything in my power to protect you, our kids and the baby. You're my life and I'm not losing that." I whispered with so much passion and love as I stared deep into her eyes.

She smiled.

"I love you too." She whispered back making my insides feel all warm and fuzzy.

I tucked a piece of stray hair behind her ear and trailed my fingertips across her cheek. The current started up and a light flush entered her cheeks. I pecked my lips against hers again and got up. She looked at me questioningly.

"Well if we're adding to our family I think we should better prepare our nursery right?" I said, smiling.

She jumped up from the bed and ran towards me, attacking me with a hug. I hugged her back and pulled away.

"Come on then. You go get the girls and I'll go get the guys." I said and she smiled, running towards Andrea's room.

I smiled and stood there for a moment. My smile slowly fell as I tried to think of a way to tell the guys. They weren't going to be very excited about this...the timing is...bad. Especially with what happened this morning.... I pushed the thought back and smiled. I was going to have another baby! This is a happy thing, I thought and ran down the stairs.

Dakota's POV-

I was sitting at the dining room table, coffee in hand and a newspaper in front of me when I heard the pounding. I looked towards the stairway, my brows furrowed together when Ethan appeared out of nowhere.

"Guess what boys?!" He yelled.

All the guys came from in front of the tv and circled around the table.

"I have the best news ever!" Ethan announced.

"You and Mia are okay?" One of the boys said.

"The bad guys gave up?" Someone else asked.
