Chapter 12

Flamesky groaned, Falconstar still was trying to figure out what had happened to Littlewave. No one knew what had happened or why but every time that she would ask Jayflight he would get all nervous and would try to calm her down. Of course she would drag Flamesky along. It was not that he did not want to find out what happened to Littlewave but there was no reason to go around and ask random cats and makes them uncomfortable. Flamesky was more worried about Squirrelflow. It was impossible to get Mumbleheart out of Jayflight's den except to get food. Sometimes Flamesky thought that Squiralflow was a medicine cat. Squiralflow had been there long enough.

"Is she okay?" Mumbleheart asked right as Falconstar and Flamesky walked in.

"Once she wakes up she can leave the den" Muttered Jayflight.

"Well that is good news" Flamesky mewed, "I should tell Moonsong so that she knows that Mumbleheart will go on a hunting patrol."

Sighing Mumbleheart looked up and said "I am not leaving her."

Jayflight looked from Mumbleheart to Flamesky before saying again, "Well once she wakes up she can leave the den."

Flamesky, Mumbleheart and Falconstar all started to head to the entrance.

"Only Falconstar goes in this time." Hissed Jayflight.

Confused Mumbleheart hissed and walked in a circlel in anger. Flamesky looked at Mumbleheart he was glad that he had not done this to Falconstar. Thinking about the prophecy he knew that Jayflight would do all in his power to save Squiralflow. Especially after Sapphire had died such a death that Jayflight could have prevented.

Quietly he mewed "Squiralflow is going to be fine."

Turning on Flamesky Mumbleheart yowled "How do you know?!"

Somehow staying calm Flamesky responded, "Remember Sapphire?"

"Yes"

"He thought that her death was his fault he would do all in his power to save her. He would never lose Squiralflow on purpose."

"All in his power."

Suddenly Mumbleheart started to shake and he collapsed sobbing. Flamesky went to go comfort him when a starry figure appeared and said, "F has hardship. You are required for something else."

The figure's pelt was black with dark gray markings and a white crescent moon on his back leg. "If you are willing your training starts tonight." Then it vanished and Flamesky went and comforted Mumbleheart until Squiralflow padded out, saw Mumbleheart, and took Flamesky's place laying down next to Mumbleheart and licking his ear instead of just talking to him.

All that Flamesky could think about was F has hardship. You are required for something else. If you are willing your training starts tonight. What training? He thought, I already did my training. Who was that cat? Why did it tell me that if I was willing my training starts tonight? Of course I am willing to get some extra training, but why me? Was it even for me or was it for Mumbleheart? Should I tell Falconstar? No, I don't think that it will go that far. It is just some friendly training. No harm will be done.

Suddenly the figure appeared. "Good, just go to sleep and you will be in a forest to train."

Before the figure could vanish Flamesky asked, "Who are you?"

"Who am I? This shows how well cats these days know their history," he muttered, "I am Bumblehop. I should be famous. You will end up like me if you do not train tonight." And with that Bumblehop vanished leaving Flamesky with more questions then he had time to ask.

Suddenly Falconstar walked up behind him and said, "Are you okay? You are tripping over your own feet when you normally do not. What is going on? Is it about the prophecy or Littlewave?"

Flamesky turned around and sighed "It's fine. Nothing is wrong."

Flamesky was suddenly glad that he had chosen not to tell Falconstar. If he had told her then she might know who Bumblehop was besides he had said that he was supposed to be famous and that Flamesky would end up like him unless he trained that night. Flamesky also had said that he would be there so he had to be there. He just had to make it.

That night Flamesky went to sleep to immediately wake up in a dark forest. It was so dark that he could barely see the ground in front of him.

Suddenly there was a voice and two glowing amber eyes were in front of him. "Good, you came" the voice said

The eyes struck fear into Flamesky's heart, but he stood tall and said "Of course"

"Now the army can begin." the voice said and Bumblehop stepped out.
