"You were flirting Tom," I growled, slamming the door to our flat behind me.

"Y/n for the hundredth fucking time I wasn't!" Tom insisted, rolling his eyes at me.

"Yes. You. Were." I huffed, through gritted teeth. I don't care what Tom says. Maybe he had just had to much to drink. Maybe he didn't know what he was doing. But tipsy or not that was flirting.

~Earlier~

As I danced to the loud music I realised my hands had been in the air for a long time... too long. Tom should be back by now with our drinks, he left like, ten minutes ago.

Sauntering off the dance floor, I walked over to the bar, where I immediately recognised the back of my boyfriend's head; curls perfectly imperfect, flopping around with each vigorous motion of his face. Peeking over his shoulder, I saw a gorgeous blond girl sitting almost against him, so close that they could grind if they wanted to. She had long hair curled elegantly, yet somehow seductively at the same time.

Though she was sitting, I could tell she was tall. Her dress rode up even farther the way she was positioned on the stool, nearly revealing her butt, and I swear I saw her inch it up with her fingers. Not only did she have the face of a model, but the body of one too. Her legs were as narrow as toothpicks, and her waist had the circumference of a coffee mug.

She was literally everything I was not. Beautiful, daring, enticing, slim (sorry if you guys are skinny and pretty but I'm not so🤣). She twirled a strand of hair around her finger, nodding along to what Tom was saying.

"Wow, it must be like, awesome, to like, be Spider-Man," she giggled, taking a small sip of her cocktail.

"Aw man it's the best. I get to travel the world, meet so many amazing people... like yourself." Tom said, moving his hand over to her leg.

Hold up. I think the fuck not. My boyfriend of two whole years, is gonna take me out to a club just so he can talk up some other girl?

I was now furious, a hot seething mess. "Tom," I snipped, yanking his closest shoulder back so he was facing me. "What the hell are you doing? Because it sure doesn't look like you're getting drinks!"

"Y/n babe, hey, this is... uh... what's your name again?" Tom pointed to the girl, not responding to my anger.

"Lexi," she rolled her eyes, "And you are...?" She turned to me, eyebrows raised in superiority.

"Y/n. Tom's girlfriend."

"G-girlfriend?" Lexi asked in shock.

"Yeah, his girlfriend. Tom what he fuck? You said you were gonna get us drinks - and I come over to see you full on flirting with another girl?"

"It's not what it looks like Y/n. Really, Lexi and I were just chatting while our drinks were coming. There's no need to get so angry!" Tom stood up, shaking his head.

"Well I am angry Thomas. You've ruined the evening. I hope you're happy." I grumbled, walking towards the door. I couldn't believe him. The first night out we've had in months and he spends more times talking to some random girl than to me.

Ordering an Uber, I stand in the brisk nighttime chill, wishing I'd worn more that just a dress.

"Y/n," I hear a familiar voice call out, and I instinctively turn, before whipping my head forward so I wasn't looking at Tom.

"What? Wanted to know if I could help you get her number Tom?"

"God you know, I try to take you it for a nice evening, and you ruin it by getting all... clingy."

"I ruined the evening? Please Tom, you were practically begging her to dry hump."

"That's low. Really? Dry humping? Wow. I mean I didn't know you trusted me so little." Tom kicked the ground with his trainer as our Uber pulled up. Getting in, I didn't say a word to him for the rest of the ride.

~Present~

"You're being ridiculous," Tom sighed, walking into our bedroom. Pulling off his shirt, I almost forgot what we were arguing about (I legit lose my train of thought when I see a shirtless Thomas). Unfortunately that feeling didn't last for too long.

"Tom you told her that one of the best parts of being Spider-Man was that you got to meet amazing people, just like her, before placing your hand on her thigh," I said, my anger starting to warp into sadness. "Do you know how much that hurts?" I sobbed, sitting onto the bed, letting my tears fall freely.

Tom's expression softened as he saw me, coming to sit next to me. "Y/n... I'm sorry. Maybe I was flirting with her. But I didn't mean anything by it. You're right, I shouldn't have talked to her for so long. I should've thought about how you'd feel. But just because I talk to some girl doesn't mean that she replaces you. No one, could ever, replace you. I love you so much Y/n, you know that right?"

Sniffling, I nodded, wiping the tears from my eyes. "I know. It's just that... when you go on those long press tours, and I don't come with... well I do worry, a bit. That you'll meet someone else."

"Babe, that would never happen. Trust me, you're the only girl I will ever love, for the rest of my life." Tom whispered, hugging me tightly.

"But boy was that girl pretty, don't you think?" I laughed, poking him gently in the rib cage.

"Yeah I'm not falling for that one," he smiled, planting a chaste kiss on my forehead.

Okay, how did I manage to write an angsty, yet cringy piece at the same time? I'm not sure if I should be proud or ashamed😂

But really, thank you guys so much for 2k reads, it really means a lot😊 I love you all so much😘 I'll try to do a double update today as well in appreciation.
