~Logan's P.O.V.~

I finally caught Jordan, after I chased her for about half an hour. How is she even that fast? When she was in my grasp, I dragged her over to the pool and tossed her in, thougheraly annoyed by her constant cackling.

(Y/N) sat on an old beach chair, giggling at our antics. I gave her a gentle smile, moving to sit beside her and lend her my body heat.

"You guys are hilarious." She said.

"Glad we could make you smile, hun!" Jordan called, climbing out of the pool. She was soaked to the bone, and apparently had no qualms about stripping off her shirt to ring it out.

I averted my eyes instantly. "Jordan! What the hell!" (Y/N) shrieked.

"Oh please," I could hear an eye roll in her tone. "If you did this neither you nor Logan would exactly mind."

I coughed.

"W-What!"

"Don't lie. I know all." Jordan imitated a witch's laugh-or maybe that was her regular laugh. "Anyways," a rustle of fabric and I turned back. "I'm going to go look around for some bedding, food, and possible weapons. Starting with," She picked up an S-A-R polishing net mounted on a long pole from some fence hooks. Jordan examined the net for a minute, before quickly bringing it over her head with a yell, hitting the net on a pile of rock. The net snapped off and left her with a long pole with a sharp end.

She twirled it expertly, smiling at us. "You kids behave!~" Jordan then literally skipped off with her new toy in hand, leaving us alone.

"Is she always like that?!" I exclaimed.

To be honest, I'm slightly disturbed.

(Y/N) looked back at me, eyes wide. "Not always. She said once she has a certain mind set when things get tough. I've seen her get a little...feisty when we were almost mugged once."

"Ah lovely." I laid back, pulling (Y/N) with me. "The one person who could probably manage to murder immortals is mentally unstable and staying the night with us."

She sighed. "Jordan won't murder us. She's too lazy."

"Like that makes me feel any better."

"It shouldn't!" Jordan yelled. (Y/N) bolted up.

"Jordan! What'd you find?"

The twenty three year old woman stumbled through the pool gate, arms piled high with towels, articles of clothing, and packaged sweets. Her pole was strapped across her back, and I saw some pieces of metal and other sharp objects stuffed in her pockets. Jordan narrowed her eyes at (Y/N).

"Nothing, Sherlock. I've found nothing."

"Someone's pissy."

"Well they don't have Skittles! What kind of vending machine doesn't have Skittles?!" She dropped the stuff near the pool. "Like, that should be a crime!"

I glared at her. "You're upset over Skittles."

The immortal next to me sighed. "That's Jordan for you."

~~~~~
It was around three in the morning when Jordan left, saying, "This may be a ghost town, but that just makes it easier for someone to come sweeping through with now disregard for the law and no witnesses." So she decided to have us sleep through the day while she went to be lookout. I don't know how she plans on staying awake all day, but I wasn't really complaining.
