Madison's POV

I decided to go to school and go to the hospital after school. I stayed there overnight then rode the bus to school. Actually, I didn't decide, my parents did. If it was up to me I wouldn't leave the hospital. I had to figure out who did this. No matter how much he hurt me I still care for some stupid reason. Why did I still care? I don't know honestly. But I'm glad I forgave him. Kassidy has been back to school. I still hate her. I walk into school and go to breakfast. I get my food and sit at my normal table. "How's Zach," Kaitlyn asked.

"Still hasn't woke up" I replied.

"I'm sorry"

"It's not your fault I don't want to talk about it" I said. We finished eating and went to first class. The rest of the day was fine. At the end of the day i rode the bus to the hospital. I walk into Zach's room and immediately run over to his bed. "You're awake," I say.

"Yea, what are you doing here" Zach asked clearly confused.

"Im the one who found you in your driveway after school the only time i left the hospital was when i went to school"

"Why? I thought you were mad at me?" He asked.

"I wasnt mad at you really, I was mad at Kassidy for taking you away from me" I told him remembering our fight.

"I'm sorry"

"It's fine, Zach do you know who did this to you"

"Yea" he says

"Zach who did this"

"It was Kassidy's other boyfriend and his friends," He told me "She came over with him and his friends and broke up with me. She waked out and i went after her and they were waiting in my driveway. She got in the truck as they started to beat me. After about 15 minutes of kicking, punching, ect, they got in the truck and left and I passed out. That's the last thing that I remember."

"Zach I'm sorry"

"Its ok. I'm fine now" He said. We sat and talked. He explained why he did everything he did the last couple months. That Kassidy threatened him but she got mad when I kicked her butt and broke up with him. I was so happy everything was gonna go back to normal now that Kassidy was out of the way.
