"So, Jenna, there is a tour coming up.." Alexis handed me a piece of paper, "It's in the new year."

Before she could try and sell me on it, I blurted out, "No - Hunter's touring and I gotta be here." I looked at the page and it was for Hunter's tour. I looked over and he had that adorable, goofy grin on his face. "You knew about this?" He nodded. "But what about the kids?"

"Trust me, that was the first thing I looked into," He reached for my hand, "we can get them onto a virtual classroom - everyone is doing it." Initially I was skeptical.

"This is... wow, " I took a breath, "I mean I would love to tour with you, but the last time we did this we had two small children. It's going to be harder with three, two of them in school."

"Easton is in SK, he's not going to miss much. We can keep up on Sutton's school work, its only six weeks, which is really only thirty class room days." I agreed to do the tour and Hunter told me it would just be us, "I'm thinking of calling it the Two Hearts Tour, and it's just here in the states."

"If it's something we can do together as a family - I'm sold." I kissed his cheek and Alexis went over the details. "We need to do some press over this, so next week is all that - Country People and radio for you Jenna. Hunter, Country Music Magazine, same radio schedule as Jen and there's a Youtube channel called 'A Drink With..', that would be with you Hunter." We settled up the details and Alexis organized our schedules for the new year.

"So January eighth to February seventeenth," I marked the calendar, "I'll get a written letter to the kids teachers, and can you figure out that virtual classroom thing? Is it compatible with our laptops? I can also ask the teachers what we need to work on while they're off." Hunter kissed me to stop my rambling.

"Relax," he hugged me, "let's write a note for the kids and we can drop it off when we go get them today. We have next week, then Christmas vacation. I nodded, wrote the letter and we packed up to get the kids.

"Thank you for understanding Mr. Davis," I shook the principal's hand, "we will definitely keep on top of their school work." I headed out of the office to fetch the kids before we headed home. The topic of the tour made dinner conversation, "It's not a vacation. It's mommy and daddy working. You guys have work too - you will have to do your school work during the day." After a bit of grumbling, they eventually agreed.

Promotion week was heavy but well worth it. The kids had a Christmas concert and the holidays rolled around where we spent the 24th & 25th with Lynette and Leo before heading to Toronto on the 26th to the 30th. Sutton and Easton had a few questions about Alex, noticing that he walked differently and couldn't talk, despite being older than Beckett was. Ali and I did our best to explain Alex's condition, and how his brain worked differently. Sutton was extremely compassionate toward him, singing to him, making him smile.

"I didn't realize she was so good,"  Jon said, smiling as he watched Sutton, "she's got pipes." I nodded, Hunter smiled. Sutton was well versed in piano and wanted to start guitar. Our visit wrapped up and we headed home to prepare for tour.

"You ready for it?" I asked Hunter, a smile broke across my face.

"I am, and I'm excited." He kissed my cheek, "Sutton was a baby the last time we shared a stage like this." I nodded, "I was also happy to see how sweet she was toward Alex. Using her gift to make someone else happy - shoot she's gonna be a singer." I laughed.

"Yep, I think so."
