"What's wrong?" Jungkook asked me frantically.
"S-someone has been following me since I left work. I'm at Yorokobi Mall right now." I said with tears streaming down my face. I turned around to look at the mall entrance, there I saw the back of a man with a huge lion in the rear of his jacket.
Oh no...that's the same man that came to shop earlier today. I quickly whipped my head around and put the hood of my jacket on my head to partially hide my identity.
The man is waiting for someone.
Anxiety started to wash over me, my breathing increased and I was starting to have a panic attack.
"Mi-ne, calm down. I'm on my way there right now." Jungkook sounded out of breath... he's running to come here as fast as possible.
I tried standing up and gripping onto something to support myself, but there was nothing there. I ended up dropping to the ground.
I can't breathe well...I'm breathing in too quickly.
Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale.
I can't stop myself from breathing in this quickly.
This feeble feeling, it's exactly like when...
"You incompetent brat!"
*slap*
Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale.
I can feel my vision starting to fade.
"You should've never been born!"
*slap*
Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale.
I feel nauseous and I'm sweating so much.
"You're a disgrace to the Jihara name!"
*slap*
Inhale, exhale, inhale, exha-
"Mi-ne, are you alright?" Someone asked me with a tone of concern and grabbed my shoulder.
I know that voice!
I turned around slowly to face the person.
"J-jungkook, you're here." I said weakly. At this point there was a crowd surrounding us because of my little "show".
"Yes, I'm here now. You have nothing to worry about." Jungkook said softly. He hoisted me up from the ground and supported me, when we walked over to a nearby bench, by having his arm around my shoulders.
I sat down on the bench and let out a deep sigh. Jungkook sat down next to me and scanned the mall area with his eyes.
"Where's the one that's been following you?" Jungkook asked me sternly. His change in demeanor surprised me. Just earlier, he was so soft while speaking to me.
"The one over there, with the lion in the back of his jacket." I pointed at the entrance of the mall and saw the man from before giving Jungkook a wicked look.
"I see." Jungkook's eyes went to the man right away and he gave him a deathly stare.
"Um...do you have some sort of plan?" I asked Jungkook cautiously.
"Well, sort of. But don't worry Mi-ne, everything will be okay." Jungkook said and gave me a smile.
"But don't worry Mi-ne, everything will be okay."
"My beautiful Mi-ne, it's okay. Everything will be okay."
It's just like you said granny... everything really will be okay.
