I opened my eyes groggily after swiping "close" on my phone alarm. Probably shouldn't have done that...I feel like crap after yesterday.
Oh well...I don't have any time to waste anyway. Stupid school again today, another boring and painful day to endure.
Granny, be with me again today please. We'll get through it together, as always.

After doing all that needed to be done before leaving for school, I left the house. I live in an apartment alone.
Sure it's dangerous and all for a 17 year old girl such as me, but like I have a choice at this point...I will never go back there.
I hollered a few short salutations to my neighbor, Robin who's an exchange student from America, before walking towards the school. She's actually quite odd in my opinion. Very clumsy and a bit of an airhead, but a very kind person over all.
I'm not a social person though, so I won't say more than a simple "hello".
After walking a bit more, I arrived at the entrance of the school. The school is close to my house, approximately only 5 mins away. It is a very prestigious place called the Shinsei School of Arts.
It's a dwelling area for the spoiled children of rich parents. My family isn't poor, but my parents are struggling to keep me in the school so the least that I have to do for them is to try and get good grades.
I could already hear a few chuckles and names being called from the people around and behind me as I walked inside.
Ignore them, ignore them, just ignored them like granny told you.
Oh no, and there's Mako. Always coming up to me to make some snappy comments. Doesn't she have anything better to do?
"Hey *Minikui, what's with that ugly bow in your hair? You wear that disgusting thing every single day." She giggled with her dumb friends and poked at my bow with her finger.
This bow is very precious to me as it was given to me by my granny, she used to wear it in her hair everyday until she sadly passed away.
In her final words though she asked me to carry her bow around with me as a memory of her and as a reminder that I'm never alone for she's always with me.
I can't let anything or anyone do anything to this bow.
I smacked Mako's hand away and shot her a gate while speedily walking away. While she was crying over me supposedly "breaking her arm", I took that chance of liberty to get away. I am not fighting with these girls, I don't have the energy to do anything anymore.
I rushed into the classroom and received a few mean glances from my classmates, but I dismissed them.
I sat down at my desk and checked if my bow was still securely tied into the back of head. Once I felt it still there, I left out a sigh of relief.
Mako and her friends walked in a few minutes later. They were about to approach me again and start yelling at me about something useless, but the teacher walked in and shooed them away.
Well would you look at that, Mr. Jones is wearing a different shirt today. Mr. Jones being our English teacher from the U.K, and he has an odd habit of not changing his shirt too often. But like I'm one to speak since I wear the same *uniform everyday too.
"Alright class, sit down. We have a new student joining us today. Please give him a warm welcome, and why don't you introduce yourself young man?" Mr. Jones sat down in his seat and looked at the door for the new guy to enter the classroom expectingly.
Once he stepped in Mako and her friends gasped. He had silky black hair, dark memorizing eyes and a cute smile.
"Yes hello everyone, my name is Jungkook. I'm 17 and I just moved here with my mother from another city." He smiled a bit and then bowed.
The class clapped for him while Mako's group screamed.
I didn't feel like clapping or doing anything for this "Jungkook" so I just started drawing in my notebook.
He eventually sat down at the back of the classroom next to Mako since she literally dragged him by his arm there.
I turned around and glanced at him quickly. He didn't seem to see me, but that was alright.
I'm not looking for his attention, I'm looking to see if he's someone that I have to avoid as well.
*Mi-ne is the name of the protagonist, but the others at school call her "Minikui" to bother for it means "ugly" in Japanese.
*Here is a picture of their school uniform:
