"Looking good sis!" I told her as I looked at her outfit. She looked my way and smiled. She was having a photoshoot for her album cover today. She told them what she wanted and they were not trying to create her vision.

Her single "Do Not Disturb" had been Number one on the chart for 3 weeks straight and I'm so proud of my little sister. Everyone now knew her name and this is what she wanted. For people to hear her music and love her style. I know everyone is proud of her.

I have been keeping an eye on her with Devante. I know how he is and I just dont want my sister in the middle of that. I dont want no repeat from her last relationship. I'll just say I almost killed the nigga on sight. I'm very protective over my sister and you cant blame me. I want to make sure shes safe. I dont want no nigga putting their hands on her or breaking her heart again. I noticed Devante had walked in and he walked straight towards me.

"Sup Static?" Devante dapped my hand.

"Im good De, just supporting my sister." I told him. And he glanced over at her nodding his head. "What you doing here?" I asked him starting up the conversation again.

"She told me to stop by, so thats what im doing." Devante chuckled.

"Oh okay." I said glaring at when he was turned the other way. Like I said im keeping an eye on him.

"Looking good Serenity!" Devante yelled to get her attention and she blushed.

"Thanks Swing." Serenity said before looking back towards the camera.

"Can you make sure you tell her that her music video for Do Not Disturb is in 3 days. I gotta go to the studio with the rest of Jodeci." Devante told me.

"Okay, I will let her know." I dapped his hand and he was gone.

"Where did Swing go?" Serenity asked me when she was let on a break.

"He went to the studio with the rest of Jodeci so they can finish their album." I told her.

"Oh okay, then can we go in the studio and get some songs on the track?" Serenity asked me.

"Hell yeah. Lets go and shit I almost forgot and that nigga just told me a second ago.... They are going to start making your video in 3 days so get prepared. I know your ass is creative so get that shit together. You know some directors are weird and I dont want them to play you, okay." I told her.

"Okay bro, I already know." Serenity told me.

"Damn sis, this was dope." I told her now that we were in the studio recording. She looked at me through the glass and smiled removing the headphones off her head.

"Thanks Bro." Serenity said with a bigger smile.

"No problem. But come here.. I got a question... and I just want you to be honest." I told her and she looked uneasy as she came out the booth.

"Oh okay... whats up?" Serenity asked me.

"What is going on between you and Devante?" I asked her straight up.

"Nothing Bro, we are just friends. We just understand each other that's all..." Serenity told me.

"Are you sure?" I questioned her.

"Yes, but... I'm not going to lie I have a crush on him but that's it." Serenity explained herself. I nodded and I didn't even get to upset because I love how my sister is so honest with me.
