20: You Gonna Love Me

2 months later [November]

Serenity

I was waiting on Devante to get home. It was currently 2:30 in the morning. I was trying to get this collab album done and he was just dissing me. I really don't know why he is acting like this. I guess this is the side that I don't see. After we lost our baby he just got so distant. Even Pac noticed it. My phone was ringing and immediately answered without looking at the caller id.

"Devante is that you?" I said into the phone.

"Nah, its Pac. So I'm guessing he aint back yet?" Pac asked me.

"I don't know what the fuck is wrong with him. I'm trying to get this collab done." I explained with a sigh.

"I know baby girl. You know what just slide to my place and we can talk and even record some tracks. And thanks for letting me be on the track with Big. Everyone is digging it." Pac said and I can tell he was smiling.

"No problem, we need to do a video for that. And I will be over there. Just give me a few minutes." I told him.

"You don't have to explain. Ill just see you in a few minutes." Pac said before ending the call. I hate when he does that shit.

"So tell me what is going on?" Tupac asked me.

"I don't know whats going on. Its like after me and de lost the baby he just been acting different. I don't want to think that he is cheating but he could be." I told him.

"If that nigga is cheating on you. Its his loss. You are the baddest girl I ever met." Tupac said.

"Thanks pac, you always know how to make me smile." I grinned laying my head on his shoulder as he grabbed my hand and kissed it.

"I want to make you feel better." Tupac told me. I look up at him and tears were falling down from my eyes and he wiped my tears away. "I'm really digging you girl. You just understand me you know. I never met a girl like that." Tupac added. "And I know you are digging me too, but Devante is holding you back." I just sighed and wiped more tears off my face.

"You know what. Yes I really like you too. But it cant happen." I told him. I was about to get up and that is when he grabbed my hand to stop me.

He look into my eyes and said. "Come here." He pulled me into his embrace and we shared a kiss. I pulled away but he immediately pulled me back and we shared another kiss.

He started to take my clothes off and I was doing the same for to him. Once we were both undressed I jumped on him and wrapped my legs around him as he walked us into his bedroom.

The sunlight was beaming from the window and my beeper was going off. It was Devante so I got up and went into the bathroom to call him back.

"Hello?"

"Where you at?" Devante ask me.

"Excuse me? Where the fuck was you at yesterday? You told me that we were going to finish this album that we are doing and you keep on blowing me off!" I yelled.

"I don't got time for this shit Serenity. Just bring your ass home." Devante said.

"I will go home when I decide to come home. You cant always have your god damn way Donald. I don't know what the fuck is going on with you but this is not the Donald I fell in love with."

"Serenity don't han-" I immediately hung up and screamed in frustration.

"You good in there?" Pac asked me. I wiped my tears and got angrier because I am so tired of crying.

"Yeah."

He opened the door and looked at me. "You not okay, you've been crying." Pac walked closer to me and he wrap his arms around me kissing my neck . I don't know why I felt so safe around him. I use to feel like that around Devante.

"I will be okay, It was just Devante." I told him.

"Forget him right now, you are with your boy. And you know something? You are a freaky girl." Pac turned me around to face him and he kissed my lips. He was just a great kisser. "What you want to do?"

"I just want to chill with you. If that's cool?" I asked him .

"Shit its fine with me."

I was waiting on serenity to come home and I really wanted to talk and get this off my chest. I did cheat on her and I'm not going to lie I felt awful. Serenity is my everything and I don't know why I cheated on her.

Minutes went by and I heard the door unlock.

"Can we talk?" I asked her when she walked in the door.

"Yeah, we should talk." Serenity said walking into the kitchen with me to sit down.

"I cheated on you..."

"I guess that makes us even." Serenity said bluntly with no remorse leaving me confused, pissed, and hurt at the same time.

We were now the next morning at the shoot of Serenity's video called "You Gonna Love Me". It was her hometown and Diddy had this crazy idea to shoot here but it was really good so far.

I noticed tupac was eyeing Serenity. I cant get mad we both cheated on each other. I wasn't there for her and pac was. I was just glad that we was both honest with each other but pissed she cheated on me.

I watched as Pac gave her a hug and kissed her cheek. I was getting mad because I could tell that Serenity really liked him on a deeper level.

"You good Devante?" Biggie walked up too me.

"Yeah, I'm good Biggie." I dapped his hand.

"That's cool, everything will be alright with you and Serenity. You guys are just having a bad patch right now. This will all be over." Biggie told me before walking away.
