Chapter Twenty-Two

After the marvelous fireworks display, the two, ( with Yumi ) decided to head back to the inn.

Where the others were already waiting for them..

The next morning..

"WHAT?!"

Sakura's voice echoed as they were walking the trail to their next destination: The Ivory Village.

"Sasuke-kun, why her?!!?" Karin fumed

I bet you're already wondering what they were talking about..

So, to answer your question, the Ivory Village will be hosting this year's "Couples' Fair" where they will display their most prized jutsu scroll, that they need to get.

But, since it is a 'Couples' Fair', they only allow legally married couples to attend the event.

And since Suigetsu is the decoy, Karin is the look-out and Juugo will be assigned to steal the scroll and they really need to get inside, that leaves....

"Oh, HELL NO! I will not pretend to be married to Uchiha!!!"

"Come on Princess! What's the harm in pretending to be Sasu-bossy's wife?!" Suigetsu countered.

"Your highness, we REALLY need to get inside, and since Sasuke-sama and you are the only available persons, you two-" Juugo was soon cut off.

"But it's complicated!"

"Hn. Sakura please, we need to get that scroll, we might never get another chance like this in years."

"Hey! I'm not involved in this matter! So technically, it's your problem, not mine!"

The pinkette may have tons of reasons and 'buts' not to agree; but the truth is, deep inside, she feels nervous for just thinking that her and the Uchiha will have to act 'Husband and Wife' in front of many people..

And for your added information, she's blushing as red as a cherry now..

What am I going to do?! Am I going to accept? What if, we need to hold hands?! What if, we need to act all lovey dovey?!?!

"We need to kiss!!!" she said aloud while still flushed at the single thought of it.

Everyone looked at her.

"Pardon me?" Sasuke asked as he eyed the blushing/embarrassed blossom.

"I-I.. ah.."

"So, what were you thinking, Sakura-chan?.." the raven mused as the others snickered.

"N-Nothing! N-Nothing at a-all!"

"Hm.. Were you thinking the 'possibilities' that might happen?" he asked seductively.

"O-Of course not!"

Damn Uchihas and their stupid charms!!!

Then, Sasuke walked closer and closer, as Sakura's heart beated faster and faster..

He took one step forward.

She took on step back..

Then I guess I'll have to make you agree..

Just then did Sakura bumped into a tree behind her.

"..Damn it." she murmured as Sasuke smirked.

He then whispered in her ear in a very low and very seductive voice that would make an ice berg melt,

"Oh? Then, if your not thinking the 'possibilities', then what's wrong in pretending to be my wife?"

"W-Well..I.."

"Hmm... So what do you say Mrs. Uchiha? Yes?"

Darn it! I'm gonna have a heart attack!

"Uhm.. F-Fine!"

"Good."

He stood a distance with a victorious smirk and turned to walk away. Sakura just froze there. He then turned his head to the side to get a glimpse of the pinkette.

"Hn. For a moment there, I thought you were thinking those nasty things.. But I guess I was the only one doing that..."

He finished and walked away..

Leaving a dumbfounded/flushed princess..

I didn't knew Sasuke had a seductive part!
