Anastasia knew something was up when she walked into Café Neko along with her brother and her friends only to see Utau give Mukuro what looked like an expression of anger and disappointment, and Kyoya looking as if he was about to rip her brother's head off with his bare hands since he didn't have his tonfas. Feeling a little bit unnerved at the situation, she slowly began to sit down at one of the tables.

"Che, is that bitch on PMS?" Ken joked with a sly grin on his face as he snagged a seat beside his Mukuro-sama, glancing back at the girl whose face looked as black as a thundercloud.

"Just to let you know, my period's passed a few days ago, and my cycle's very regular," Utau replied to the dirty-blond haired boy in her usual nonchalant way, yet Anastasia blinked when she heard an unusually icy tone in the rebel's voice that she had only heard when Utau was really upset.

"Utau, are you going to be alright..?" Anastasia inquired as she held a tabby in her arms when she realised that Utau wasn't even bothering herself about masking her emotions whatsoever.

"Stupid pineapple and their problems..." she let out a low growl before glaring down at the heterochromatic man, who was strangely beginning to edge away from his seat. Anastasia couldn't help but be amused at the idea of her brother actually being intimidated by Utau of all people.

However, Ken quickly interjected to defend his master. "Keh! Whatever it is, I'm sure it was your problem and not Mukuro-sama's, byon!"

"Ken, pipe down. There must be a reason," Chikusa replied in his quiet, wise manner as he gingerly pushed up his glasses while a fluffy white cat began nuzzling against his right ankle.

"Eh? What did my brother do to you, Utau?" She cocked her head to her side while receiving another calico cat that Chrome had decided for them to play with.

"Messed around with my privacy, that's what he did," she finally replied after a few moments before turning around, about to stalk off until irritating Yukimura popped up in front of her and swerved her back towards the group with a grin.

"Eh, eh, eh! What are you doing, Utau-kun~? You have to serve the customers!"

"Not when that asshat pineapple is here. Anyone but him. Now."

Yukimura sighed and patted her back. "Utau-kun, everyone's hands are full now! Look at the crowd! Please, just this one time, okay? You know the Boss will be mad if he comes in and sees this, and all of us will be pretty much screwed!"

The black-haired rebel let out an uncharacteristically small sigh before she walked back towards the bar-like table counter where the group was sitting at. "Fine. What do y'all want?"

"Fufufu~ Marshmallow milkshake, as usual."

"Peppermint Iced Chocolate, byon!" Ken grinned at the thought of sipping on his favourite drink. He did like all things peppermint.

Chikusa blinked back calmly. "... Something fresh and non-creamy would do."

Chrome gulped, a little nervous at the tension she could sense in the air. "Ano... is Chocolate Malt okay?"

Utau sighed, but nodded as she remarked in a deadpan tone, "Seems like everyone around me is into diabetes material, save for Kusa-Kusa..."

"Please don't call me that."

Mukuro sweat-dropped with an expression that clearly showed he had completely lost his appetite, which surprised Anastasia since he usually didn't really care about upsetting people. "I don't need anything..."
