[Do It Later from Pandora Hearts - Utau's Wacky Shenanigans]
Groaning in boredom, Utau clasped both her hands behind her back and rocked on the back legs of her chair while staring out of the window. Another morning, another day in school. And that means more boredom, more work and more time wasted.
Utau glanced around her class. It was currently recess time, but it looked as if it was about to end in a few minutes. That meant that there were still three hours of school left.
Great. Even more boredom. That's just what she needed.
Breathing out a sigh of agony, she continued to stare out. The azure blue sky beckoned to her, and she could hear the birds twittering in the lush green trees that were still dotted with pastel pink flowers.
"God damn it, I wish I was one of those birds out there..." she muttered to herself.
Utau looked back at her desk. Her finished homework laid on the wooden table, and she was confident that the answers were mostly correct. Shaking her head, she turned, only for her eyes to land on the boy sitting beside her: Sawada Tsunayoshi.
That's right... the soon-to-be Boss of the Vongola Famiglia. Not that he knew a single crap about it since that time period hadn't even arrived. Reborn hadn't arrived in Tsuna's household, had he?
"Welp, this is gonna be so damn great~" she sighed to herself as she stretched and stared out of the window again.
Yet as she watched the chirping birds, a devious smirk started growing on her face as an idea hatched in her head.
"Oi, Tuna."
Tsuna, who was just staring at his desk, gave a timid yelp when a homework book suddenly fell on his desk. Staring up, his eyes met with the grey eyes of Hibari Utau.
"Wh-What is it, Hibari-san?" Tsuna was used to Utau calling him 'Tuna' since she always seemed to nickname everyone in the class based on their first name. And unfortunately for him...
Flashing him a smile, Utau asked in her usual laidback voice, "Hope you don't mind, but can you hand my homework book over to Old Goat-Sensei?"
"H-Huh? But why-" Tsuna didn't even manage to finish his question when Utau turned back and sauntered towards one of the windows and slammed the panel open.
A sudden blast of wind rushed into the humid classroom. Immediately, all noise ceased as the class collectively stared at Utau, who had admittedly already made herself a reputation for her unpredictability and recklessness. She grinned, teeth showing too much to be considered normal, unsettling everyone. Tsuna gulped. What was she going to do?
Just then, the teacher stepped into the classroom.
"Class is going to start soon, why are you not in your seats - HIBARI! What are you doing!" Nezu-sensei, the old goat, shouted in horror, staring wide eyed at Utau, who had one foot on the window grill.
Utau stared down at the ground floor. The height would have been daunting for someone with acrophobia, but for her... it was simply just a piece of cake.
Turning back at her teacher, Utau stared at him with a bored look before flashing him a grin that made him jolt.
"... Third floor? No problem."
Hurling herself out of the window, Utau chuckled to herself as she heard high-pitched shrieks and loud gasps followed by a loud "HIIIEEEEEE!!!" from Tsuna that pierced the air even more than any of the girl's reactions.
