In the morning

"Ow ow ow... It's been two days! Why isn't this disappearing yet..?!" Kasumi winced, as she traced over the red lines that seemed to spread from her shoulders to her right arm.

She took a glance at the mirror, before sighing as she covered up the lines with her shirt. After the day of Lambo's battle, she woke up only to see streaks of red stretch across her collarbone. It did not hurt as much on the first day.

But as time went on, it felt as if the markings were chains, coiling tighter, and tighter around her arm.

'I don't remember getting attacked by anything...' She rested her chin on her palm, closing her eyes as she tried to recall. 'Unless, that day...!' Her eyes widened, as the familiar image of a book appeared in her mind. Right, all sorts of weird things have been happening after she read that book.

"That book was called 'Fiamma dell'ira'. Wait, I feel like I've come across that word before."

'Fiamma means flame, that's for sure. But what about dell'ira?'

'Fiamma dell'ira. Flame of... Eh?!'

Kasumi opened her eyes, blinking twice to focus her vision. She could have sworn she was in the bathroom a moment ago. Where on earth was she?

The rain was pelting down on her. She looked up to see streaks of lightning spread across the dark sky. She tilted her head back down, scanning her surroundings, only to find that she was standing in the middle of Namimori rooftop. Glancing about, she soon found her brother and her friends standing at one end of the roof.

'Tsuna-nii? Gokudera-kun and Yamamoto-kun?' Widening her eyes in great surprise, the brunette tried to call out to them and run in their direction. But her feet were stuck to the ground. And her voice could not be heard.

Suddenly, the clapping of thunder turned her attention towards an injured Lambo, lying unconscious on the ground. Seeing Levi standing on the opposite side of the field could only confirm Kasumi's suspicions that this was the Battle for the Thunder ring.

But why was she seeing this? She doesn't recall going to the battle directly. Was she basing it off her own memories of the Varia Arc?

"Man, you are a stubborn one, aren't you?"

Someone's speaking... Wait, but this voice... Why is it so familiar?

She turned to the source of the voice, to see a hooded figure dashing towards Levi, before sending a kick to his face, causing him to fly straight into the concrete wall. Kasumi winced slightly at the bloody sight.

'I don't remember this happening in the episode.'

All of a sudden, the vision around her glitched, revealing a scene where the hooded figure seemed to be talking to Tsuna.

"Don't worry, Vongola. I'm not here to kill you all if that's your main concern." The lady told the group of students standing before her, ending off with a light chuckle. "Perhaps," she turned around and seemed to make direct eye contact with Kasumi. "Not just yet."
