Chapter 14

Demetri's POV:

I walk back into the room after being chewed out by Sky. And what do I see? Her and Kody ramming their tongues down their throat.

Its absolutely disgusting to see him with his hands on her. She's practically my sister, and gosh darn it I'm gonna protect her.

I look over to Mrs Wes and she presses a hand to her heart.

I groan and clear my throat and the two lovebirds peel apart.

"If y'all are gonna do that, just let me leave" I say jokingly.

Skylar's smile widens at my words, her hand still in Kodys.

Kody flexes briefly and makes me roll my eyes.

"Oh De, Its young loooove" Sky's mother crows.

"Its definitely something" I fire back, sticking out my tongue.

Turning back at Sky I shake my head. "Look, I better get going. I'll leave Jena with you while I go searching for a job"

Mrs Wes nods her head and agrees: "Leave her here, go have fun"

"Bye Jena" I say lovingly.

"Bye" she says.

Waving goodbye to Kody and Sky, I walk towards the front of the house and out the door.

Skylar's POV:

I'm glad that De is job hunting. It will keep him busy.

I start to speak up, but then loose my train of thought as Kody begins tracing circles on my hand.

The achingly slow movements are surprisingly calming, except they are making my skin tingle.

"Hey mom?" I ask tentatively.

"Yeah Sweetie?" she replies, looking up from coloring with Jax and Jena.

"I think me and Kody are gonna head out"

She seems flustered for a second but waves it off and shoos us out.

Walking hand in hand we make it out to Kodys car.

"W-Where are we going Ky?" he asks curiously.

"Wherever" I say, getting in the passenger side. He grins wickedly and gets in the front.

"We can go to my house" he offers, starting the car.

"Sounds good" I say jittery, unsure of what will happen.

" I dont think my parents are home"

"That's okay, its not like we are going to be doing anything anyway" I say automatically.

He shakes his head and chuckles.

"Such a tease Skylar" he mutters under his breath.

I look out the window to contain my smirk and growing excitement as we come closer to our destination.

A/N: A little bit shorter than most of the updates but that's ok. Tomorrow's update will consist of just Skylar's POV;) maybe kodys
