Reader's pov. I start to wake up, after I don't know how long. I slowly open my eyes, but quickly close them again as the room starts spinning. I try to get a hold of myself and open my eyes again, trying hard to get my vision in focus, to stop the room from spinning. After a while the room stopped spinning. My head is pounding. I slowly look around, I'm still in my own room. It must have all been a dream. I try to sit-up in by bed, but I couldn't , something was holding me down. I look to my right arm.... I..I..was..tied. I was tied too my bedpost. My heartbeat starts to speed up, my thoughts begin to run wild. The Man. The man from last night. He must have done this, that is he going to do when he finds out I'm awake? What does he want with me? Why me in the first place?
I try to get a hold of myself, clear the horrific thoughts out of my mind. I need to stay calm and think of a way out. I look at my left arm, strange, my left arm isn't tied to the bedpost. Okay this is going to be easier than I intersipatfed. I easily untied my right arm and get up from my bed. I slowly walk towards my door, but just as I was about to reach out to grab hold of the door knob, it starts to turn. My heart stopped. Oohhh no. I quickly back away from the door. The door slowly begins to open. As I back away from the door, I feel the coldness of wall hitting my back. I slide down to the ground and I bring my knees up to my chest and bow my head down. I couldn't keep the fear inside any longer , with the horrific thoughts taking control, I softly start to cry.
As I began to cry and the thoughts running through my mind, I could hear soft footsteps coming towards me. All of the sudden a shadow came down on me. I felt a soft gentle touch on my back. I froze. " Don't be so frightened sweetheart. I won't hurt you." There's that voice again, it sounds so familiar. I slowly look up, only to come face to face with those emerald green eyes. " Loki?" His hand gently cascades from my back to my right cheek. He looks down on me and gives a smile, " Surprise, missed me darling?
