Chapter 39

After we all were allowed to leave I made my way along with Sweet Pea and the other Serpents to their Trailers. This was something to selebrate. The first time the announcement had turned positive for the Serpents and not negative like usually.

If this wasn't something worth it to selebrate than I don't know what would be.
I mean seriously, how often is something like this going to happen to us?

As we were about to enter Sweet Pea's trailer and getting some drinks for the Party we got stopped by Jughead.
„Guys, can I talk to you for a second?" we nodded and followed him a few metres away from everyone.
„Why Sweet Pea?" he sounded worried and maybe a little bit confused we were far enough for no one to hear.

„You said you didn't want to drag her into this the first time and now this? Seriously how do you think this will work?" Jughead stopped for a moment and looked over to me.
„You sure about it that this will be difficult sometimes?" he asked me before he looked back a Sweet Pea.
We both nodded and looked at each other for a few seconds.

„I am sure about it, Jug. I love him and I would be willing to become a Serpent if I could stay with him instead. I would take every risk to be with him" I said as sure as never before and took Sweet Pea's hand into mine.
„I mean it is nearly the same with Betty. She knows about the danger being with you but she still is. She is not going to leave your side no matter what happens. So why can't I be with him?" I added.

Jughead just nodded before he walked away again and left Sweet Pea and me behind.

A/N: what do you guys think about this book, be serious.
I've got to say that I am kind of nervous because there are only a few chapters left till the finale.
