Silverpaw had his plan in place, he knew he was betraying his leaders wishes but he still has to follow the medicine cat code and follow the wishes of star clan. " Ok Flamepaw I hope this will work " said Silverpaw. Flamepaw simply nodded. Silverpaw remembers the place just like yesterday the perfect place to hide for awhile, he went there to learn how to be a medicine cat with Darkrye or Missy. They told her that the place was very special because it is home to the tribes that live there. Why are the tribes special? they never told Silverpaw so he dosent know but he does know its a safe place where he can help Flamepaw.
Silverpaw has everything ready he knows what to do and how to make sure they are completely hidden and leave no tracks and no scents. Soon she heard Hollystar calling for something and Silverpaw sorta knew what it was but he also knew that this was when they escape. And all Silverpaw knows about now is what he thinks is the clans special " training " classes, he is not sure what happens but he knows that it isnt nice because on those days which is almost every day there is a lot of injured cats he needs to help. Which means they will be distracted so they can sneak out without any trouble.
When they both heard the sounds of fighting they both snuck out of the "den" quickly but quietly. They where lucky when nobody noticed them over the fighting going on between the warriors. Silverpaw was quite disgusted that his clan would do this and they didnt even give their own clanmates mercy, how cruel.
When they both finally got out Silverpaw lead Flamepaw to the cave where the tribes lived. He was mostly suprised that Flamepaw didnt leave him yet mainly because he could tell how the she-cat still didnt trust him or maybe she followed because she knew she still needed help? " Silverpaw... can you tell me where we are going if you really do know then you know the place I must find" asked Flamepaw. " I know you have a journey you have to complete, but you still cant forget about you health and Rouge clan so I am taking you to a hidden place where they wont find us, and where we can get decent prey " joked Silverpaw which earned a chuckle from Flamepaw.
Silverpaw and Flamepaw walked for quite a long time past the rocks of old even where Silverpaw first found them but didnt meet them until later. The two had small conversations here and there during their little journey to the cave they both actually enjoyed each others company. " Silverpaw how far is this cave exactly? when me and Mistypaw ran from Rouge clan we found the rocks of old sooner " questioned Flamepaw. " really, I guess I didnt think it would be such a long trip , if you want we could stop to hunt, I may not be the best but I can still catch something " responded Silverpaw. Flamepaw giggled and nodded and so they both stopped to go and hunt for some prey.
Silverpaw listened to the sounds of the forest, the branches swayed in the wind which ruffled his fur, he soon caught a squeak in the bushes and prepared a hunting crouch. He caught sights of the mouse simply scurrying around looking for food as he slowly got closer. He keep all his weight on his haunches to make sure the little mouse wouldnt hear him. But he didnt realize he got too close the mouse quickly spotted him a scurried off. " mouse dung " growled Silverpaw as the mouse ran out of sight.Awhile of hunting and Silverpaw didnt have the best of luck, he did manage to catch a rabbit but he almost lost it somehow, he felt quite disappointed in his hunting skills as he left to go search for Flamepaw.
Soon he managed to catch Flamepaw in the middle of hunting a blue jay so he sat down hoping not to disturb her hunt. Flamepaw quickly pounced and snagged onto the bird, it tried to fly away but the apprentice managed to tear of the wings and the bird could only squawk in pain as she soon delivered the killing blow. " wow you are really good at hunting " soon complimented Silverpaw which made Flamepaw jump in surprise. Flamepaw smiled as she grabbed what else she caught. " you know you didnt have to catch so much prey " said Silverpaw as he saw the two other prey items she caught. " I know...I got a little carried away, it has been awhile since I hunted, and I missed the rush of catching prey " stated Flamepaw. " well I guess we should eat up before we continue we stop any longer and they will manage to find us " said Silverpaw as he munched on his rabbit. He was very delighted by the taste of the warm and tasty prey, the prey in those woods werent very pleasant.
After Silverpaw finished the pleasant meal of his rabbit and a mouse that Flamepaw caught he started to lick the extra off his paws.Flamepaw also finished soon after and Silverpaw stood up and Flamepaw soon did too. " come on lets go if I am correct we should be there soon " said Silverpaw as they once again left to get to the cave.
They both walked for awhile and soon enough it was almost moonrise. Silverpaw noticed how drowsy Flamepaw was, and all he could hope for was that they both find the cave soon so at least he knows that they are both safe from Rouge clan. And gladly luck was on their side because he noticed from the corner of his eye the cave and in the distance he heard the sound of rushing water, and he was now filled with relive as he lead the sleepy apprentice to the cave. But before he got there he heard a yowl of excitement and relive in the distance, Flamepaw heard too and they both turned around to be greeted to a cat running toward them. The cat tackled Flamepaw to the ground , Silverpaw was just about to slash when he reliazed the cat was Flamepaws companion Mistypaw. " Flamepaw I..I am so glad your ok! I am so sorry I shouldnt have left you especially because you needed me and you were in so much pain I am so sorry can you please forgive me " asked Mistypaw with a mix of relive and guilt. Flamepaw smiled and started to stand up before nuzzling Mistypaw in relive, joy and a hint of something else. It took awhile but Silverpaw noticed another cat who walked up to them . He growled at the new comer who took a step back. " wait? Silverpaw...YOU why but you...did you help Flamepaw? " was all Mistypaw could muster to say. Silverpaw nodded but also kept an eye on the cat and wondered why they were here. " I guess thank you for helping her, I guess I should introduce my frined before you rip his pelt off " said Mistypaw. " This is leo, he is a loner I meet who also helped me and actually saved my life once, so please refrain from hurting him " finished Mistypaw and Leo just gave an nod of greeting. Silverpaw relaxed a little but he really didnt know if he should trust this new cat, but then again he doesnt deserve their trust either so he shouldnt judge the cat to much. They all where tired and so they went to take shelter in the cave they had a journey to continue and also two new cats to help them.
things seem better know but things will only get more rough for the group of cats.

Well guess who finally finished the chapter after an eternity of writers block
I did I actually did and so 2 new cats join this little journey and right now you may not know what Leos importance is right now you will very soon, well in the next chapter anyway. So anyway hope you enjoyed this new chapter of warrior cats new dawn!
