Jesse and made our way up to my room which doubles as my office. When I revealed the fairly large room, Jesse seemed taken aback.

"You're a footballer, how does this surprise you?" I laughed

"I don't know, I was expecting more... dance posters everywhere, music CDs on the floor. Not... This."

I giggled and walked to my laptop, turning it on

I giggled and walked to my laptop, turning it on.

"I need to book a few things for Russia so just make yourself comfortable, the TV remote is... somewhere." Jesse chuckled as I turned to my laptop, opening my emails.

This is going to be a long night

"Auraleeeeee," Jesse complained again.

I had been working for 3 hours and Jesse was bored.

"2 more minutes Jess," I replied, however, Jess was having none of it.

He got up off the bed and closed the laptop. I went to complain but once I saw his eyes I softened and stood from my seat.

Once I was up, Jesse pulled me into a hug.

"Netflix?"

"Netflix."

Another hour had passed and I found myself more interested in Jesse's face than the TV screen.

"Take a picture, it lasts longer." I felt my face heat up in embarrassment.

"Sorry, it's just weird being this close to you after talking for ages but not Physically being together...if that makes sense." I blabbered

"Yea, yea it does." He turned to look at me and we ended up staring into each other's eyes.

"You have nice eyes" Jesse stated

Once again I blushed, bringing my body closer to his.

I looked at him again and noticed his eyes were staring at my lips. I took the opportunity and leaned in. Jesse seemed to get the message and leant towards me too.

Not long later, we were connected and it felt like sparks were flying. My mind was doing backflips whilst those butterflies were set free.

I felt Jesse's hands roam under my shirt. But just before I could react, the door swung open revealing Marcus.

Once he caught onto the situation, he blew a fuse.

"WHAT THE FUCK DUDE!" He shouted at Jesse

"Marcus, I-" Jesse tried to defend himself but my protective brother was having none of it.

Marcus grabbed Jesse by his collar and dragged him off of my bed.

"Is this why you've been around a lot, just to fuck around with my sister."

Jesse seemed scared, I was too, Marcus isn't normally confrontational.

"Marcus, stop," I begged, but he ignored me.

"You have no clue what she went through, you barely know her yet you want to mess her around." He continued

"What do you mean went through" Jesse asked

"Marcus, don't tell him... please." I don't know whether he had gained sanity or if my breaking voice caught his attention but he finally let go of Jesse.

Jess dropped to the floor slightly due to the height difference between the two men.

"Get out," Marcus demanded

But due to his stubbornness, Jesse stayed put.

"Why should I, it's Lee's house" he fought back

Obviously, due to having basically none already, Marcus lost his patience and started shoving Jesse out of the room.

I ran after the two to make sure that they didn't kill each other. It was only at that point I noticed the tears rolling down my face.

We reached the living room, where Kyle was still sat and he was startled by the sudden commotion.

"Marcus, stop" I shouted but he was already pushing Jesse out the front door.

"Get lost and stay lost" he demanded before slamming the door in his face.

When he turned around, he saw my state and went to comfort me. He held me in his arms but I didn't give back the emotions. Instead, I pryed his arms off of me and turned around, not be saying:

"I'm over it Marcus, stop trying to shut me out from the world"

And I continued my way back to my room where I flipped on the bed like a 16-year-old in a strop and got some sleep.
