Chapter 11: The Party

"So...tell me about your relationship with Leon" Francesca says as we drive to the park. We were going to meet up with Camila, Maxi, Diego and......Leon. It was Francesca's idea not mine.

"Well there's not much to tell" I shrug.

"Oh, come on give me the details. Where did you two meet?" She says enthusiastically.

"At the Studio" I say, sadness in my voice. Francesca looks at me and sighs.

"Hey, I'm sorry. I can't help but feel your break up was my fault" She says as she puts her eyes back on the road.

"It wasn't your fault, Fran. It was for the best" I say.

"On a brighter note, I think Diego likes you" She smirks.

"No he doesn't" I roll my eyes.

When we arrive at the park, Leon and Diego are already there. Maxi and Camila aren't here yet which means that Leon and Diego were alone for a few minutes.

"Hey" Diego says, standing up from the bench he was sitting on and hugs me. When I pull away I see Leon watching with his jaw clenched with jealousy.

"Hi" I say to him awkwardly.

"Where's Maxi and Cami?" Francesca asks.

"They're not here yet" Diego says.

"So...what did you two talk about while you were waiting for us to come" I ask, curiously.

"We didn't talk" Leon says. I laugh. How awkward must that of been. Leon smiles at me.

"Now that the studio is over for the summer I kind of miss it" Diego says as we walk to the big tree not to far from the bench and sit under it.

"Me too" Francesca says, tearing a patch of grass from the ground.

"Well at least Violetta will be there next Fall" Diego says.

"What if I don't get in?" I say, not wanting to get my hopes up about the Studio.

"Of course you will, you're extremely talented" Leon smiles. I smile back at him. This was so awkward, we broke up like 3 weeks ago and now we're hanging out like nothing happened.

"Oh, I almost forgot" Diego says. "I'm having a party tonight do you and Francesca want to come?"

"Hell yeah" Francesca says, excitedly. I look at Leon, he has a smirk on his face and he's slightly shaking his head. Diego didn't invite him.

Francesca looks at Leon for a second.

"Diego can I speak to you for a moment" She says, standing up. Diego shrugs and stands up. They walk to a distance where they can't be heard.

"You think your dad will let you go to the party?" Leon says with his eyebrows raised.

"What he doesn't know won't hurt him" I smirk.

"Oh, I didn't know you're going through a rebellious phase. What's next? refusing to eat your vegetables?" He jokes. I laugh, it feels like it's been forever since me and Leon last laughed together. Diego and Francesca finish their conversation and make their way back over to us.

"Leon" Diego sighs. "Would you like to come to my party"

"What? I didn't hear you, could you repeat that?" Leon says cheekily.

"Come to my party" He rolls his eyes. Francesca definitely forced him to do this.

"Huh? I can't hear you" Leon says, amused by the look of annoyance on Diego's face.

"COME TO MY PARTY" Diego shouts.

"Okay,Okay...You don't need to beg" Leon says.

[Later that night]

"Vilu, you're here!" Diego says as I walk through the front door of his house.

"Hey!" I say. I look around the place and see that Leon is already here talking to Francesca.

"You're here" Camila says walking up to me.

"Yeah!, where you and Maxi today by the way?" I ask her.

"It's a long story" she shrugs.

 "LIONNNNNNNNNNNN" someone shouts. I turn around and see Ludmila and a curly haired girl running towards Leon.

"Oh god" Camila sighs.

We watch as Leon and Ludmila have a conversation that we can't hear.

"I wish I could hear what they're saying" I say.

"Why?, you jealous?" Camila smirks.

"No!" I laugh.

Suddenly we see Ludmila angrily turn away and storm off. That other girl chases after her.

"Who's she?" I ask.

"Naty, Maxi's girlfriend" She sighs.

"What?" I gasp.

"Violetta!" Leon shouts when he spots me. He then walks over with Francesca.

"What happened with Ludmila?" I ask.

"You don't wanna know" Francesca laughs. She and Camila then walk away.

"So are you having fun?" Leon asks.

"Well I just got here so..." I respond. Maxi runs over to us.

"Wanna play spin the bottle?" he asks.

Leon and I both hesitate.

"Oh, come on!" He says and pulls us away.

I sit in between of Francesca and Camila and Leon sits across from us between Maxi and Naty. Ludmila next to Naty and next to Ludmila is Diego.

"Who wants to go first?" Diego asks.

"Me!" Ludmila screeches in the most annoying tone possible. She spins it and it lands on Maxi.

Francesca bursts out laughing and Maxi glares at her. Him and Ludmila stand up and quickly kiss.

"I'm gonna have to wash my mouth forever" Ludmila moans as she and Maxi sit down.

Maxi spins the bottle and it lands on Camila. I notice a quick smile appear on Camila's face but then she hides it. They stand up and kiss, their kiss was way longer than Maxi's one with Ludmila. They both sit back down, both seem to be blushing. Camila spins the bottle and it lands on Diego. They kiss and then Diego spins the bottle. It lands on Leon.

"NO!" Diego shouts. "NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO".

"Well this is awkward" Leon says.

"NO I'M NOT KISSING HIM. THIS IS MY PARTY SO I CAN GET OUT OF THIS. LETS SKIP THIS ONE" Diego pleads.

"You can't do that!" Francesca protests.

"Watch me!" Diego says. Now it was Leon's turn.

Leon spins the bottle and it lands on......me.
