A Day on The Streets

The elevator finally got to the floor that we were on and the four of us walking in Harrison and I walked in first and to the back of the elevator and turned around so that we were facing the door that would open in a few seconds. It is a long ride down because we are on the top floor Harrison and I. I grabbed Harrisons hand and rested my head on his shoulder. He is ever so much taller than me and so it is just easy enough for me to do it. He look over and kissed me on the forehead and Zendaya says:

"What are you guys doing back there" in a kneiving way.
"Oh nothing." I reply.
"Mmmhmmm whatever you say there Tom."

The doors open and Jacob and Zendaya walk out then we follow shortly after. It is a straight shot to the door from the elevator and there are no fans. This is a change of events. We walk out of the hotel and no one seems to be interested in us. I feel a little bit more comfortable holding Harrison's hand and walking down the street like this too. I am so happy that we are together but I do not want to have to the the person that hides the relationship that I have with someone like him from the world.

The first thing that we do once we are out of the hotel is we head to the metro station so that we can experience what New York is really like. The metro is packed full of people that are rushing around trying to find out where they are going and trying to get to their jobs. It is still rather early in the morning. We got onto the train and where heading towards Times Square so that we could go shopping. We decided that that is one of the main things that we wanted to do while we were there. It took a bit to get all the way to Times Square but once we were people started to recognize Zendaya. The started to avoid the pictures so that we could still hold hands. We ducked into the M&M store where there was all sorts of things going on. It was great because it was June and June is pride month. There are pride flags of M&M's everywhere. We go through all of the different levels of the M&M store. There are three in all and we come back to the first floor and we get a rainbow M&M mug and box of M&M's. We got checked out and we met up with the other two at the door's where we took off down the street to the Disney store and the Hershey's store. The Hershey's store has someone at the from door to giver everyone a piece of candy. Harrison opened the raper of the last candy that they had and he split it with me. I am so glad to have a boyfriend like him. We got back to the candy making section and we bought a smoothy and a Kit-Kat brownie. We shared it as we went into the Disney store where I bought Harrison a little Spider-Man plush. The first person to recognize me was the person at the front counter. He asked if we were together and we nodded becuase we were holding hands and he said:

"Oh my god! I'm so glad because I am gay too and..."
"Nice!" Harrison said, "What is your name?"
"Josh, my friends call me Joshy."
"Do you have an instagram?"
"Yeah I do. Can I get a picture with the two of you?"
"Yeah sure. But you can not post it until we come out to the press."
"Wait... you are going to come out to eat press?"
"Yeah!" We took the picture and I followed him on instagram the we said
"We need to be off."
"Okay thank you for the picture!"

We left the store as a group and we went to the really famous intersection in the square where a lot of people would take their kissing photo. We got Zendaya to take ours on my phone and it was time for lunch. We went to lunch at Hard-Rock Cafe. The waiter also recognized me.

    "Oh my god I can't believe it you are Tom Holland."
    "Yes, I am?"
    "How is the new movie press tour going?"
    "It is going really well I look over at Harrison and give him a quick smile."
    "I love you Tom" Harrison says to me kissing me on the cheek.
    "Can I get everyone a drink?" He said trying to contain his happiness.
    "Just waters for us for now.

The boy leaves with a smile on his face and a little bit of spring in his step. Harrison looked over to me and laughed. The boy was really happy by seeing what he had seen. We all looked at the menu and thought of what we wanted to eat. The menu was larger than I remember it being. And this Hard Rock is really cool because it is below the ground and has a really authentic feeling. I was so happy that Jacob had suggested it. The waiter cam back with our drinks a smile still on his face.
