3rd Person POV

Iruka barged in, obviously disheveled, startling the incompetents of the room.

"W-what are you all standing there for?!" He yelled angrily. "YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO PATCH NARUTO UP!"

Quietly, almost robotically, the genin moved, slowly looking for bandages and disinfectant. The Jonin slowly moved out of their way and made their way slowly to Naruto's body.

"Ichiraku and I went and gathered some herbs," Iruka said, handing them over to Tsunade. "We gathered them from the edge of the cliffs." He said, receiving looks from the rest of the room.

"You didn't see the fox..." Kakashi asked quietly.

As if offended, Iruka looked at him like he was crazy, "Why would I stop to look at a fox when I had to help Naruto. Are you crazy? I'm not like you guys! Unlike YOU I care about his well being!" Iruka finally stated.

"Stop fooling around and do something for once," Iruka finally snapped and turned to walk away. "I'm going to go get something." And with that, he left.

The rest of the room slowly turned to each other to confer, as if checking if they were sane. They all had seen the nine-tailed fox, so why didn't Iruka?

Tsunade just slowly turned toward the mangled limbs of Naruto and worked on healing him. Slowly, the others followed suit. They all had something on their mind though. They found themselves reliving memories of Naruto.

The way he had smiled.

The way he had laughed.

His endearing blue eyes.

His humongous dream.

His love he shared with everyone.

They remembered the memories that were soon darkened with their new knowledge.

How many of those memories were fake. How many of those smiles were forced? How many of those laughs were real? When did his eyes turn dull? When had his humongous dream been forgotten? When had his heart finally ran out of love to share. Were these memories they cherished, cherished by the blond. Or had this all been an act to make them feel like they were loved.

They had forgotten the one person who trusted them for no reason. They had forgotten the person who loved them for who they are. They had forgotten the one person who made them feel needed.

For a second time, the one who snapped the group out of it again was Iruka. He had once again run in. Slowly he halted.

"Well, you were obviously not doing anything to help Naruto AGAIN!" Iruka said sourly as he looked around the room and the frozen teams. "Why don't we read his suicide note." He finally said.

There in his hand was the last thing Naruto had written. It seemed to glow with the love they didn't deserve. Slowly they made their way to the obviously upset Chunin and sat around him, as he slowly unraveled the note that held Naruto's true feelings.
