Chapter 4

Hiro's POV

"Okay, these are for today, don't forget to revise it at home.", Zero Two said as she finished her tutoring for all of us.

"Thanks for the hard work, Zero Two.", all of us said and she startled for a while.

"Y-you're welcome...I just doing my job.", she replied with a slight blush on her cheek.

"But still you're really good at these stuff, you'll become a great teacher one day for sure.", I said as I looked at her and noticed her face expression slowly changed. "Zero Two...?"

"Oh....really? T-thanks...", it seems like I'm the only one who noticed her as everybody packed up their stuff before going back home.

"Oh no...it's already in the evening! My mom is going to be pissed....So I'm going back first. Bye guys!", Zorome said as he quickly ran out of the door.

"We're heading back now, so see you guys tomorrow.", Kokoro said as she held Mitsuru's hand and walked out. 

"Ichigo, better visit Goro since he's absent today.", Zero Two teased her with a smug smile on her face.

"W-w-what are you talking about? I'll make sure he'll be fine...", she embarrassingly said as her face blushed like hell. Soon the others leave, leaving me and Zero Two alone.... again. I don't why but I have a feeling that I'm always left alone with Zero Two, it's not a bad feeling since she's beautiful and most importantly, she has a good personality under that cold and emotionless face since her first day one month ago. A smile slowly appeared on my face as I thought.

"Hiro, you pervert. Why you're smiling like a idiot?", she jokingly said.

"Oh...nothing.", I aid as I quickly packed up my stuff.

"Hey Hiro, can I ask you a question?"

"What is it?"

"Since I'm moving to this town starting from today, can you show me around?", she asked.

"Sure.", we packed up our stuff and walked towards the town area.

"I thought someone is going to fetch you back.", I said as we walked by the side of the road.

"I request the higher-ups so that I can live near the school, they approved so I'm here.", she said while kicking a piece of rock aside. After a while, we arrived at the town area.

"So there's not much i this town, here's the convenience store I always go. There a mall nearby so if you want to buy something, that's the place. And....."

"And then...?"

"Let's me think....other from the food district nearby there's basically it."

"That's it? Kinda lame though.", she chuckled 

"Yeah...by the way where are living?", I asked as I'm on my way home.

"Why? Are you trying to spy on me, you pervert.", she teased me.

"*sigh* Seriously, Zero Two?", I said and she just smile at me.

"By the way here's the address.", she handed me a piece of paper with an address written on it. I looked at it as I signaled her to follow me.

"We're here.", I said as I stood before the building.

"Thanks for walking me back, Hiro.", she said with a slight smile on her face. "And sorry if I bothered you."

"You don't need to apologize, since I lived near.....", I stopped my words midway and looked at the familiar apartment behind me.

"Hiro...? What happen?", she said in a concerned tone.

"Oh what are the odds, Zero Two....actually I live here.", I said with a silly smile as I pointed at my apartment. Both of us stared at each other for a while and burst into laughter. As we're laughing, I heard a growling noise, I looked at her as she avoid eye contact with me.

"Already hungry huh?", I said. "I think I can cook something for you since you volunteer to tutor us."

"Really? Thanks.", she replied.

"Please make yourself at home.", I said as I unlocked the door.

"Quite a cozy little room.", she said.

"Thanks, by the way you can sit over there, I'm about to start cooking, is there anything you don't like?"

"Not really.", she said as I grabbed the material necessary for a simple fried rice. After a while, I came out from the kitchen with two plates of fried rice.

"Wow, it's looking good!", she excitedly said. Her expression is like a kid who just got a candy.

"Itadakimasu.", both of us said as we started eating.

"So you're living by yourself?", she asked.

"Yeah, my foster parents are from Hokkaido."

"Foster?"

"Yeah...my parents went missing 10 years ago, although they said my parents are just missing, but I think they're already dead."

"Sorry about asking those kind of things.", she felt bad and apologized.

"Nevermind, so how's my cooking skills?", I proudly said with a smile full of confidence.

"It's very good. Thanks for the meal, Hiro.", she sincerely said as she finished the final grain of fried rice. Afterwards, both of us have a little chat.

"I think I should take my leave now, it's getting late.", she said as she stood up.

"Okay, see you tomorrow, Zero Two.", I said as I opened through door for her.

"Bye, Hiro."

Zero Two's POV

I exited the apartment building, feeling satisfy after the meal. I unlocked the door and get into the room with basically nothing but a bed. I sat on it, took out my phone and dial a number.

"Hello?"

"It's been a while, professor."

"Oh Zero Two. Yeah, it's been a while, so how's your high school life?"

"Better than I expected, I actually able to make some friends."

"That's impressive, you finally starts to change."

"Well I had to thank to a certain someone."

"Okay...I won't ask."

"*laugh* Actually I have something to ask you."

"What is it?"

"How much time do I have left?"

I'm apologize that I'm not able to update last week since I started my new semester in the university so I don't have much time writing but I'll try my best to sort it out.
