⚠️WARNING: MENTIONS OF RAPE & ABUSE IN THE NEXT CHAPTER⚠️
Trish's P.O.V
I drove Zach to Noah's house, trying to strike up conversation.
He stayed silent.
He opened the door, and before I could even say goodbye, he slammed the door and walked to the front door. I watched him walk inside before I drove off. It took about 30 minutes to get to the doctor's office.
As I walked inside, I saw that there was barely anybody inside. Glad I got a good appointment time. I thought as I walked to the sign-up desk.
"Appointment or walk in?" The lady questioned with almost no emotion in her voice.
"Appointment." I replied, trying to bring life into the conversation
"Name?" She asked.
"Trish -- Patricia Taylors." I said, correcting myself.
"9:00?" She said as she type something into the computer.
"Yes." I said, giving up on trying.
"Alright, fill out this form and bring it back up here." She said, handing me a paper with questions on it.
"Okay." I said, grabbing a pen from a cup and finding a seat. I sat down, and started filling out the form.

I walked back up to the sign-in desk, handing the form back to the woman with no emotions. She flipped her blonde hair off of her shoulders as she took the form from my hands.
I walk back to my seat, finding it has been taken by a woman around the same age as me, with her nose in a book. She pushed her reading glasses up, and then looking up at me.
"Patricia Taylors, is that you?" The girl in the plaid blue dress said. It took me a while to realize who she was and how she knew me. The it hit me. That was Ella Stephens. The most beautiful in my high school. Her large, emerald green eyes being one of the beautiful features of her face, next being her rosy cheeks and permanently pink tinted lips. In school, you would always find her in the library, whether drinking coffee and reading or making out with one of the members of the football team. She stood up, placing her book in the seat and hugging me.
"How are you, Trish?" She asked, sitting back down and patting the seat next to her.
"I'm good, how are you?" I asked, sitting down next to her.
"That's great! I'm good too, Sorry we lost contact after, the uh -- incident happened." She said, referring to something that happened to her during Senior year.
"Oh, yeah." I said, making the situation even more awkward.
"You know, my therapist says its good to talk about it. We don't want stress on the baby, y'know." She said, rubbing her stomach.
"Oh! Congratulations!" I said.
"I assume you're here for the same reason, correct?" She asked me. I nodded my head and put a hand over my stomach.
"Congrats to you! We should hang out sometime." She said, pulling out her phone from her purse. "What's your number?" She asked, tucking her blonde hair behind her ear. She still had the same hair that she had 5 years ago. A bob that rested right above her shoulders.
"Oh, uh , its (701)-544-5462" I said, just as my name was called.
"Well, you better go!" She said, smiling at me.
"Call me, Ella." I said as I stood up and started to walk away.
"I will." She said, opening her book again.
