Prologue
Writer's POV
Elizabeth Williams is your ordinary girl minus the fact that she graduated college a year or two ahead of everyone else her age. The girl is smart as a whip and has always been fascinated with the Avengers. Her favorite is Bruce Banner. Not only is he the Hulk, but he's a genius and has done so many scientific experiments that have fascinated her since she was a little girl. Being hired as a scientist at Stark Industries is an absolute dream come true. She really hopes to win everyone over, especially Bruce.
Bruce on the other hand has taken a bit of break from crime fighting and restoring the universe with the heroes that didn't turn to dust in the Infinity War. Everyone was brought back except Heimdell and Loki (may they rest in peace). He has stopped trying to find a cure for Hulk for the time being since him and Hulk are finally in a place where they can communicate with one another pretty well. The one thing Bruce has struggled with over the years is romance.
Bruce dated Betty Ross for a long time before having a short fling with Natasha also known as Black Widow during the Age of Ultron. The two of them are still friends but have put their romantic feelings for one another in the past. So much changed for them in the two years they were apart that it unfortunately also tore them apart... Bruce hopes to find love again. So does Elizabeth...
