A self-care box is a place for you to store items that promote feelings of relaxation and happiness. Below are some suggestions to put in your box, I hope this helps you cope in times of stress and lifts your spirits on rough days!


Suggestions:

- Chocolate

- Stress ball

- Colouring book

- Candles

- Favorite poems/book

- Essential oils

- Bags of tea or hot chocolate mix

- Sentimental items

- DIY stuff

- Puzzles/brain teasers

- Favorite movie

- Anything else you want, get creative!


Decorate:

You can use whatever handy (shoe boxes work great) and get creative. Garnish your box in washi tape, old newspaper, photographs, pressed flowers, magazine clippings - whatever you desire! Let the decoration of the box be just as therapeutic as the contents.
