- While doing this challenge, try to reduce/avoid coffee, heavily sugared teas, sodas, and artificial sweeteners

- You can take this challenge alongside other challenges or by itself 

- Don't drink the water all at once, follow the schedule below


DRINK A GLASS OF WATER

1. After waking up

2. 30 minutes before breakfast

3. 1 hour after breakfast

4. 30 minutes before lunch

5. 1 hour after lunch

6. During your afternoon break (around 3:00)

7. 30 minutes before dinner

8. Just before going to bed


One cup of water equates to 8 ounces or 249 milliliters. It is recommended that you should be drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day which is what this challenge provides.
