Ariana

Monday, April 9

4:48 pm

"I'm gonna go pick Aviella up from gymnastics. Bella, come on, babe." I hold my arms out and Bella runs to me.

"Ready to go get sister?" I ask her, walking over to Justin to kiss his cheek.

"Have fun. I'll just be here with these two sleeping children who probably won't bother me at all." Justin says.

"We'll definitely have fun. See you in a few minutes, babe." I laugh, walking out of the house.

I put Bella in her car seat in my car and turn Paw Patrol on the iPad before closing the back door.

I get in the drivers seat and leave the house, buckling my seatbelt as I drive down the street.

"Mommy!" Bella yells.

"What, babe?"

Bella starts babbling and I laugh, turning onto the highway.

4:57 pm

Aviella still has a couple minutes of her class, so I decide to see if her mom is here.

"Ariana! So great to see you. And you brought the little princess. How are you and the babies doing?" Talia asks as she walks out of the office.

"We're going good. They're at home with Justin, napping."

"That's great. So Justin's going back to work?"

"He went back last week. But he has very flexible hours, so if I need him home, he's there. That's one of the reasons I love his job."

"That's amazing. Do you wanna come in and watch Aviella's last few minutes? They're working on back handsprings. She's improved a lot."

"Sure. I would love to."

I follow Talia into the gym and to Aviella's class on the trampolines. After Aviella joined Tessa, Alexa wasn't far behind. They're all in the same level for some odd reason.

Aviella waves at me and I smile.

"Sissy!" Bella squeals.

"Aviella, would you like to show your mom your back handspring?" Her teacher asks.

"Yes! Mommy, are you ready?" Aviella asks.

"Yes, babe. I'm ready." I laugh.

Aviella's teacher kneels beside her and Aviella prepares herself to do her back handspring.

Her teacher holds her arm out to spot her and Aviella does an amazing flip on the trampoline.

"That was great. I'm so proud of you."

"Alright, girls. I want you all to run around the floor one time then you are free to leave. You all did great today."

Aviella follows her class to the floor and they run around it laughing.

"Are you thinking about putting Bella in the toddler class? It's from 4:00 to 4:45 on Mondays as well. They just run around and get some energy out while parents can run errands or just get some time to themselves. I figured it would be great for you since Aviella's class is around the same time."

"That sounds like an excellent idea. I'll talk to Justin about it. Thank you."

Me and Talia leave the gym and go back to the waiting area.

"I have to get back to work. It was nice seeing you." Talia says.

"You too."

"Bye, cutie. I hope to see you soon." Talia waves at Bella, who hides her face in my shoulder.
